Help me get over my extreme negativity/defeatism with women

my best friend is 5'11 195 7% BF and he has had multiple women tell him he is too big and too ripped


it just doesn't look healthy or natural and face looks sickly. Why would you want to get below 9 to 10% BF dude? you look like a cancer patient

With weak facial bone structure, your face will look worse with sub 10% bf levels. With strong bone structure, your face will look better. Nothing a few CCs of Radiesse couldn't fix for those of you with weaker bone structure (cheekbones/jaw).

I range and look best at 8%-10%. Any lower than that requires too much time (which I don't have) and compromises my energy levels.

You don't need 8%. 10% is sufficient. I guesstimate based on the stand-up munchkin pic in the OP, you're about 20% bf. Accordingly, to get down to 10%, you will have to lose 19.5 lbs of fat. Then you'll be sporting the 6s of your dreams pal.

If he a narcissist he needs to drop that narcissism. It obviously isn't helping him. He needs to humble himself and start all over lol.
