What I took from that is...Ok I'll take the bait Frog.
Women tend to have keen intuition and the ability to create and foster social connections and support, which requires pretty good social skills and emotional intelligence. Not all women have this and many men have it too but if you look at the social support women have as compared to men, especially in later life, women tend to have more of it which leads to better social determinants of health and mental well-being.
Women are more open to seeking and providing support, in general, when it comes to emotional and mental well being. I think this openness and willingness to seek and provide help is a value, especially when you consider the statistics that more men commit suicide than women.
Women tend to live longer than men, so perhaps there's some biological value there.
Women's social skills, emotional IQ, and intuition are relevant in work situations where team work and cooperation is required. In fact many job interviews now include scenario bases questions to determine someone's level of emotional IQ.
If we are comparing value across genders, as you have done on this thread, I think some of the main areas where men have the upper value advantage, so to speak, is around physically ability. Men are physically stronger than women, with some variance. I also think men are more logical in many areas which is a value in the workplace, if you think of problem solving.
In terms of academics and being 'book smart', I would say it's about the same, again with some variance. Women have achieved great academic success in many fields normally considered men's fields such as mathematics and engineering. Men have also achieved great success in areas that are considered women's fields, such as teaching. Some of the best teachers I had in high school have been men.
I think women have some values that are generally higher than mens' and vise versa, but ideally they should compliment each other. That's what I think people should look for in a relationship, look for the value and see how it compliments your own for the benefit of both of you.
The problem is when you paint everyone with the same brush and don't see any value.
They are good at making social connections.
I can see that as having more value than their "multitasking" ability.
But I still don't think that is equal to the work that men put into making society run.
Police, military, construction workers, auto mechanics, truck drivers, utility workers, and even all the office jobs that females can do too like doctor, lawyer, accountant, etc.
