Trump will also appoint numerous other Federal judges as president. Your local judges are usually elected officials, so are state's attorneys, who have the power of deciding which cases to bring to the judge.

You like guns, right? So do I. Guns are great. And what document is it that gives us the right to own guns? It might be fun to watch someone you like and agree with, doing things you agree with, violate that document. But then in a few years, let's say Michelle Obama gets elected president, and unlike her husband she's not a pvssy, so she issues an executive order banning guns. Then you'll say, but...what about the Constitution? If you let it get pissed on today, it's not going to around to defend you tomorrow.

At higher levels, you can only vote to elect the politicians who appoint those judges, but once again, that is the beauty of the Constitution and the powers it confers on the judiciary. He has the power, once he is confirmed by the Senate, to flip his middle finger at Trump and rule against him in every case. That's our system - checks and balances.

Wrong. Communists have killed about 100 million people - some estimates put the Muslim death toll at 270 million when you include Hindus, Buddhists, Pagans, each other, and other ancient religions dating back to Muhammad. Communism is much younger.

You can point to thousands of politicians, judges, pundits, and basically the entire left, most "independents" (Bernie Sanders includes himself in that demo, FFS) and about half of Republicans who are going to disapprove and throw around words like dictator, racist, impeachment, etc.

You can also cite polls by establishment machines like CNN or far left communist rags like Mother Jones which will poll 100% democrats in a sanctuary city to affirm their confirmation bias that his approval rating is low. It's all propaganda and, it goes without saying, way too soon for any of this.

The bottom line is a huge, meaty chunk of middle America voted him in on the promises he is now fulfilling. His approval rating in the 31 states that voted for him are likely incredibly high. The rhetoric didn't stop 3/5 of the states of our union from voting for him, and all he's done is do exactly what he said he would do. That's why the people who hate him are shrieking through loudspeakers now, because an honest politician is almost unprecedented.

I'm very happy with his first month. And if he keeps this up, he'll be re-elected in 2020 also.
