fake it until you make it. Even the most confident, socially savvy people faked it to begin with, even in childhood. Some people never stop faking it; it's quite obvious in certain people. Maybe they just don't receive quite the correct reinforcement.
Naturals are those who continually fine tune their interactions to become genuinely charismatic people.
A naturally charismatic gentlemen is not one who discusses his love life often, if ever; least of all in the company of women. His success is implied by his charisma with everyone, and, in fact, a relative lack of discussion about his own personal affairs - pertaining to mystery; it is not implied by going around openly telling people about how many women he's banged.
Put it simply; had you never played a hand of poker in your life, would you tell your opponents this, the first time you sat down at the table? I imagine probably not.

You'll see this with people (for example, women and effeminate men) who are heavily conditioned to react with emotion, opposed to methodical and reasoned logic. There's no point fighting it or hating on it; it's simply the way of the world. Again the savvy individual learns to work this to his advantage.
