Yes, this is where you force her to initiate, or no date. The day of the date she texts first, always. She should say something like "How should I do my hair?" or "What should I wear?"

That's not true at all. I have a chick in the rotation that I see every ~5-7 weeks. She's been popping in and out since July.

Correct. No text is necessary unless she texts you.

The important part is the dates. Text as little as possible to get dates. In general, you can only raise interest level in person.

This week I tried a new strategy of only checking my text messages every 24 hours. I actually really like this method. I'll keep an eye on the number of messages but I just wait to read them.

I got so tired of the minute by minute responding (or their not responding).

Has anyone else used methods to detach themselves from social media?

I need my phone for work. So it's not possible. But I've been thinking of getting a 2nd phone so I can try. I once went 3 months recently without a text or data plan. It was great. I spent less time being distracted by social crap and more time with developing myself in multiple ways.
I still tried to date during this time. Most women thought it was odd and accused me of being married. The other ones didn't care. They would just call and want to meet up more rather than get emotional fulfillment through text.

I shut my phone off for 3 days and it turned out my favorite girl had texted me. When I replied (on Christmas) she blew up my phone and is back to texting about love and we just confirmed our next date. Try this.
