So been using Tinder for last few months and not getting the type of quality I would expect based my SMV. Grew frustrated and started doing some serious research. I think I've finally cracked it.

Tinder is almost ALL about your pictures and mostly your main picture.
Here were a few mistakes I was making:

Here were a few mistakes I was making:
- Having more than one person in my main pic
- Smiling. Yes it's been proven in through numerous psychological tests experiments that women prefer men displaying stoicism. In fact "pride" was deemed the most attractive emotional state on a man's face. Something to think about.
- Looking at the camera. Again, not as attractive. I think this is probably down to the perception that looking away suggests disinterest that feeds on women's desire to chasing
- Got rid of all selfies. For better or for worse selfies have been labelled and perceived as a woman thing and a lot of girls don't like it when men take them
- Shirtless pic. Cropped to where you can just see the top of my boxers (calvin klein) and my whole upper body and face. Ironically in terms of size and shape my body is also almost identical to Mark Wahlberg in that famous Calvin Klein ad. I'm looking away from the camera too. I turned it greyscale and then added some effects to sharpen the picture. I also changed the scale to 1:1 (square) as this is how tinder brings the picture in. It basically avoids the pic coming in with less focus when uploaded to the app.
- Pics taken by others typically with an interesting background (pyramids, looking over a famous bridge, etc)

- Job title. I have an interesting job at the moment and (fingers crossed) should be moving to an even more interesting role quite soon. I made sure this was displayed
- University. If you went to an elite university this should also be displayed
- In the actual summary section I tried bringing myself to life a bit. I'm an "Entrepreneur" rather than just a guy working on a side business. Use some flair.
