So according to this chart the "stud level" that we are speaking of is somewhere between 6-12%. I'd say 7-9%....

The guy for this article is saying that the water testing and calipers testing and most bodyfat methods fluctuate and aren't consistent so it's best to use the pics.

Most of the cutting work is done with diet manipulations and additions of cardio. The weights are used to maintain muscle mass so the body does not predominate and adapt towards a cardio body.

Its overrated...I had a pertty good six pack for a while around 9% BF...big, thick slabs of meat like a rack of rib, and it made literally no difference than when I was around 15%..honestly if you are muscular and in "good enough" shape it doesn't make much difference in what you are going to eb able to get...just my personal experience...

Its overrated...I had a pertty good six pack for a while around 9% BF...big, thick slabs of meat like a rack of rib, and it made literally no difference than when I was around 15%..honestly if you are muscular and in "good enough" shape it doesn't make much difference in what you are going to eb able to get...just my personal experience...
Thanks for the input. What about abs vs a Buddha body that's smooth with small gut?

In my experience is the global package that makes the difference however given the choice between being in shape on the ripped side or being in the swollen side, the first one gets more attention from the girls while the second gets more credit from the guys.

Now talking about the really HOT body that get girls to stop and talk to you we're talking about a strong muscular ripped body altogheter, think of greg plitt or maybe zyzz...too many mucles at some point backfire.

I would bet that 10-12% bf on an athletic frame is the sweet spot.

Right, same size, musculature and body fat parameters as a male stripper. Like I said their body size is in between an NBA point guard and a NFL defensive back. So if it was 6'0" tall it would be 180-215lbs all muscles, abs.

What if your lady was a former D1 athelete with abs? Would you be comfortable being softer than her even though your much stronger and bigger?

I personally wouldn't care. In my case I have elite or near-elite strength and very thick muscularity that tells my story without me opening my mouth...probably for my weight in the 98% percentile of men. At my peak, my big 3(Bench/Squat/DeadLift) was 1,420 lbs(380 lbs/475 lbs/565 lbs), and technically probably higher because I hit that bench for 2 reps---although I strained my pec badly on the second rep. I have both been in tremendous shape with abs and bigger with less definition.

Either way I look big and muscular with clothes on. Noticeably muscular, as in I can wear a winter coat and people will still know I'm muscular. I think once you get to that level, it really doesn't matter.

The people I keep hearing about talking about abs are the ones who you wouldn't even be able to tell they lift with a T-shirt and shorts on. For them, it might make a difference. For me, it doesn't.

Dad Bods are like 25%+ bro...nobody in their right mind would think that is OK

I probly was 25%. Down at 12% now. Shooting for 7%. My babe loves a well built abdomen. My low back, obliques, abs, etc are all built up just gotta keep stripping fat down.

Just isn't worth the time or energy...ie, the amount of effort doesnt pay off with an equal amount of results. Anything past 10-12% reaches a point of diminishing returns and the lower you go the more diminished they become...


And as far as what any particular woman likes, fvck them, they'll get what they get.

I'm doing it for myself. Always been that linebacker size dude but Now want a magazine mid section and ripped head to toe and lighter weight. Clothes look better too.

I'll be 225 rock solid muscle. Currently 250.

I've been smooth and bulky and I've been lean and ripped. I'm 6'2" 215 lbs. now...about 75% of the lean ripped physique I held in December 2014 (when I was measured at 11% BF).

Both builds definitely get the attention of the ladies but I much prefer the look and feel of being lean and ripped.
What size are male strippers and does it make them a difference for what they do? ( generate lust and sexual attraction )

Not sure but in my opinion any guy who's lean ripped and sufficiently muscular will appeal to women.
If they played sports they would be:

muscular sprinters
nfl defensive backs
nba point guards
boxers ( 185-220 range )
