This is my dilemna tonight.

Barhopping would most likely be funner, but I'll probably spend a lot more money on alcohol and transportation.

Okcupid date could be OK.....hit or miss...she strikes me as a bit uptight at first overly pretending to be a good girl furst few dates type thats angling for a serious relationship based on our phone convo last night.

Tough decision.

Potentially boring or pretty good okcupid date and save money or a lot of drunken fun and most likely an easy slut or too looking to get laid on St Patty's day.

Torn here....do need to save money ey, though. Once the alcohol starts flowing I'll cease to care, though.

I would go for the date but I'm not a big drinker/Club goer. Hell flip a coin.Women are so full of sh it that once you get the kino going she might open her legs. For what it's worth I vote go on the date and save money.

Went for the date..... got there and had a few drinks with her...lots of kino iniated between both of us....she said if we went back anywhere it would have to be back to my place because she's living in her married friends basement.

I couldn't have her over, though, because I just recently got back overseas and am currently crashing at my bros apartment.

So logistically, it was a no go.

Then the check arrived....the stupid bartender put all our drinks on the same check.

My tab was only 7 dollars with their beer specials....but with her watered down mixed drinks was 32 bucks.

I wasn't going to pay a full tank of gas money for some chick that I knew I wasn't going to bang and who I was just so so interested in. Then came that awkward moment.

You know what...leys just split this, I said.

Split it????? She asked....shocked looking .

Immediately everyone at the bar around us thethe bartender looked at me like I was some horrible cheap scumbag.

I said well yeah, it's the principle of the matter.

She said, well I paid for my first drink I'm just surprised you are making me pay the rest.

I said, well, I just met you and I would never buy some strange guys drinks so why would I buy yours???

She then said OK...just split it never mind...I probably make more money than you in the first place.

This ****y attitude annoyed me. I know she doesn't make more money than me because she's just a neurotic part time yoga instructor while I've been averaging almost a grand a day lately in sales.

I looked at her sternly and said I told you it's the principle of the matter and you don't make more money than me, so stop pouting.

I then looked at the bartender who was looking at me like I was an *******and was like seoerate checks.....paid mine and she flowed me out to the parking lot asking me if I was going to text her again.

I said be more confident... Then grabbed her and made out in the parking lot for 15 mins or so. I didn't like her attitude but figured I'd at least make out with her and grope her to get my 7 dollars worth.

She was like next time we hang out I'll make sure my friend and her husband aren't home some you can stay with me.

There's no way I'll see this chick again though after her disrespectful attitude about the bill. It's pathetic how women expect the guy to pay for them like it's an unspoken rule. I like women who offer to pay for me.

Next.

Proper planning prevents piss poor performance.

Sounds like you could have gotten laid. The logistical fail is yours alone.

Never go anywhere with anyone that you wouldn't go anyway.

If you have expectations about how bills will be paid, don't blame the bartender or whoever is with you when you make a hash of it.

It's ****y funny if you had said "I make more money than you" to her in that instance if the shoe were on the other foot, but instead of seeing it for what it was, you took it as "disrespect."

She was clearly giving you a little harmless **** because she was interested. Rather than maintaining your cool with a good comeback, you let your insecurities take over to the point where you totally missed a chance to get laid by a chick who was clearly receptive.

The "you pay for my drinks" thing is good when it is used during an initial approach with a smoking hot chick. Don't be poor. When you go out, have money. You make all these G's, right? More than her. But you had the cheapest item available for $7. And you don't have your own place. And you know exactly how much a full tank of gas costs (I do not, nor do I care to know, and I don't make a G daily like you). Did you make the mistake of telling her about how rich and successful you were like the guy on Changes who told Tupac "I made a G today" ... only to get called out by the check? Which reinforced that you didn't have your own place? To everyone in the room, you subconsciously made yourself look cheap, not like an "alpha" who is such a badass he doesn't buy drinks for no *****.

Whoever said proper planning is correct. You could have even planned ahead the "awkward" going Dutch exchange if you knew you didn't have the money. This one was on you, bud. Everything subconsciously pointed toward cheap ass. The $7 "beer special" while she had mixed drinks. The bill incident. The pouty attitude YOU displayed. The Cartman "screws you guys, I'm going to crash on my brothers couch!"

Maintain composure. Do not show emotion. Play it cool. Walk if you must, but don't create scenes or let a woman, or anyone else for that matter, provoke that kind of socially unacceptable response.

I've just been back in the country for a month and a half have 6 grand already saved up in my bank account and waiting to hit the 20 grand mark before I move out... Until then, i dont consider any of my money to be casual spending money unkess im having an absolute blast.

And she wasn't harmlessly **** testing based on her attitude the entire date...extremely negative and grumpy acting..and quite frankly she didn't look good enough to just play it off.

Her attitude stunk the entire date...lots of details I left out. Although to give her credit, I was 30 mins late while she was on time.

But i'm not spending more than 10 bucks on a date unless it's a hb 9 even if I'm a millionaire. Once again, it's the principle. I used to have 2 to three much better looking girls coming a day if i put much effort into online dating in asia for easy no strings casual sex.

Usually, I don't even go on public dates.

And she's already texted me this morning twice asking me to come over today to watch her favorite movie with her...so once again.....all the so called sosuave experts are.....wrong.

I talk to women the same as I talk to guys and it works. Straight up, no games, take what I want, how I want. Socially unacceptable scene?

Haha I could care less about being percieved as socially unacceptable.... I do cold call sales. You guys are taking this too seriously, she's only a hb 7 at best. Her mindset about the guy should pay is in fact her true belief system as she's a proud feminist.

Declined her offer today and am going out with my bro drinking today in Buckhead where I know I can smash a HB 8 at worst. I'll take a fun time with my bro and good chance of smashing better looking younger tail than banging a grumpy feminist any day.

Teach us your ways.

This is the only disrespect I see in the whole story. How old are you? 22? 26?

Keep smashing it your way, bud. You got this **** down.

Funner, ruined this whole thread. And you come off like a uptight, irrational human. If you make a grand a day then pay the ****ing bill. You're taking this "I'm Alpha!!!!" **** way too serious, IMO

Yeah this is the AFC beta advice.

You're right to split the bill. It's YOUR decision whether you believe she warrants paying for the date.

Although I will say- the way you dealt with it was poor. She rattled your cage with the 'i earn more than you' comment and you bit.
