It seems over the last several years that the only single women that seem to be interested in getting to know me are the ones that want to have a relationship, not with me, but with my wallet. It's gotten to the point where I just stay clear of women who's first concern is what I do for a living and start to froth at the mouth when they discover I own two houses.

No, I am not rich, nor am I cheap. I just don't want to foot the bill for their offspring or their shoe habit.

Welcome to the club brother

Had a chick tell me she is in high debt living with her parents and did I mention she is 33

I politely kicked her out of my house

and will continue to stick with women 25 and under.....

I invited a girl to spend a week with me a while back. I kicked her out after the 3rd day when I caught her talking to her Mom on the phone telling her how she was going to "trick" me into inviting her two teenage daughters to move in and have me support them as well. And BTW, she was in her late 30's as well.

Well OP.

You need to keep the financial stability part of your life away from them. You need to up your vetting process.

Keep that part of your life secret.

Sad but true. The only time you'll know for sure is if someone is dating you before knowing your financial situation.

A lot of women are (both benignly and/or maliciously) clueless about money. They are looking for financial rescue.

At the first sign of this, walk away and never look back.

How could a woman "trick" you into moving her daughters to your house and have you support them? Is there a law that tells you cannot kick the 3 of them out of your house?

That's an honest question actually. I am clueless about the law in the US.

Well, she wouldn't have been able to do so, I wouldn't have allowed it. She just told her Mom that is what she was planning to do. As far as kick someone out of my house, I would if I had to. I think there is a law about kicking someone out if they are a paying tenant, (as in a landlord / renter relationship) but not if someone is just staying at your house.

If you look around you'll notice a lot of hot girls who are with guys who don't had money

Money doesn't cause vaginas to tingle

I don't even take chicks out on dates. I know exactly how the game works. I slip up every now and then but I know a girl needs to be qualified before I spend any money on a real dates. Until then I'm only going to hit happy hours and go to bars.

I think it's real funny how society is. Girls expect for you to pay everything. But they be talking to multiple guys. No thanks.

There is this guy I know who was interested in this girl, in fact from what I could tell it was a mutual interest. Anyway, he asked her out for dinner and she accepted. On the night of the date she informed him that she expected him to pay for the the babysitter, (she had two kids.) She said that the babysitter agreed to $50 for 4 hours. Needless to say he said no and she replied, "Well, I guess I am not that important to you then." He replied, "No, no you are not, nor will you ever be." then he left.

I mean this is bloody nerve on her part. On the first date she expects him to PAY for the sitter? I don't think so.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The lowest quality trash of women seem to be online
I've noticed you find even better quality at bars but alas the word "quality" is subjective

My point vet these women thoroughly I don't see the point of being in a serious relationship with western women most of them are *****s in one form or another

On first dates I usually meet chicks at the park. It's free and there is no pressure or distractions. I've yet to have a bad first date doing this.

This is the thing about dating that annoys me the most! Yet you have to understand that it's not always just the wallet. Women tend to constantly view men as an "upgrade" to their own lives. Yes it can be financially, but it can also be socially, or based on the excitement level of your extracurricular activities.

Hell, even when girls are in a committed relationship, they're still out looking at other men to see if there's "upgrade" potential.

I for one refuse to hide my social or financial status. I'm not going to dress down because I have nice clothes, or get a second car because mine is too nice. I've worked hard in life and should be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor without worrying about the vultures waiting to swoop down and pillage my apples.

It's very simple........ You choose what to do with your money. If a woman can't appreciate that or tries to shame you for not paying for her meal ....... So be it.

I'm sure it will be hard for her driving home in her Hyundai looking at the back of your Mercedes realizing that her sexual market value may be declining because she didn't get the anticipated "first date free meal!"

Best yet, within the hour she'll have at least 3 people on the phone that will agree with her about how cheap you are, as your hitting up your local pub meeting someone else who may suit you much better.

Live life for you, and by all means be proud of your accomplishments. Don't hide it thinking that someone will guilt you out of it.

I donate to charity to help the poor. I don't pay for a high 6's dinner for pvssy. (Or any number on the 10 scale).

Came out of bathroom once years ago, caught an overnight-staying chick I was dating, looking at my check book/savings book, I was like WTF?

uh, ...(no reply). Got dumped couple of weeks later. Probably for the better. Hope she found herself a gold mine.

If you can stomach it; plate women like this, but keep her on a short leash and in eye sight.

Another thing you can do is make it a game to see how little you can spend on her and still close or how little you spent for her to ghost you.

Women like this are low quality and at that age will not change. No ambition to be a better person and clearly showing they bring nothing of value to the table and will gleefully drain you of resources with no remorse.

Personally I'd use her up until I was bored then next her.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

I normally go for pay half the bill, I never pay it on full, the park idea is also good, lots of people around, cheap and pretty easy for a quick talk

@ZTIME
I don't think hidding you are is ok too don't matter if you have money or not (people will hide both anyway) but I think you need to put some rules for dating and maybe tell her if she asks

Next time, don't tell them. Consequently, don't invite them to your house. Really keep them in the dark, and only tell them after they've made a major commitment to you.

If you really wanna make sure, that's the way to go. It's the same logic that girls use when they want to make you wait... ;)
