Has a woman who has been fat-shamed been "violated" as well?

1. Wrong focus, the health concern for them is greater than your selfish needs. Irrelevant, but sadly this isn't even true... otherwise they'd take their health more seriously Anyways, it makes the ones you want stand out more don't it?
The entire bar has been lowered. Having less options is also always bad.

2. You can talk about whatever the fvck you want, what you can't do is control the reactions you get in that case.
Well you missed my point. In this era we're supposed to accept everyone's body because "everyone is beautiful" But it's not simply a matter of being unattractive... It's a HEALTH PROBLEM, and it has reached an EPIDEMIC level. We should NOT accept adults who are irresponsible with their health. These same adults go on to pass down their poor health choices to their children. When an obese female posts a body pic on social media, she gets positive support and feedback... try responding with, "You know you need to get your health under control" and see what happens. Instead we have to sit back and let people do this to themselves because being fat is practically becoming a protected class in itself.

3. This argument is valid, although I don't depend enough on society to give a sh!t really.
4. If half the country was addicted to meth I'd simply stay away from that half.
Yeah, who cares about the quality of society and the people in it. That sh*t's totally overrated.

Not a heavy set guy in particular. I prefer women that are roughly sane. Fat women tend not to be sane, mostly because they're neurotic as a result of the societal pressures and shame. Got no issue with the ones not having an issue with themselves, I don't target physical appearances really.
I like how you agree fat women be crazy, then you go on to blame their craziness on "societal pressure." Yeah alright let's not hold them accountable, I'm OK with that. No. Look, these people already had a few screws loose to begin with. Excessive eating is a form of ADDICTION. They KNOW what they're doing is bad, but they can't stop. It's sad, but the LAST thing these people need is society to pat them on the back for it.

Encountered a fatty today working at a pizza place who was complaining about having to walk five feet to answer the company phone....no joke.

She didn't really walk....just waddled.

A movement (like fat acceptance) that encourages people to remain in sh1tty positions should have no place in our society.

@Yewki Well, I still leave them alone. Fat people get health issues, fat people have a higher risk of death because of it. Just let the fat people be and evolution will take care of the rest, the weak dies and the strong persists.

Accepting that fat people are fat isn't about feeding them ice cream and telling them how good they are, or in any way view being fat as positive and encouraging them. It's about ignoring the people who wants to stay fat, if they want to get rid of their fat we should positively reinforce that. By ignoring the ones who stay fat I mean to not shame them, but not give them much other attention either.

People have the best chance of personal change when left alone, when they realize everyone avoids them. That may drive them to personally want to get rid if fat, instead of feeling like they do it for others.

It's an epidemic that's continuing to get worse. Society is becoming more accepting of obesity. Survival of the fittest doesn't come into play either.... you don't need to be fit to survive. You barely even need to leave your house. If you have health problems, science and medicine will still keep you alive for quite some time.

Letting fat people be and putting your head in the sand sounds nice, except eventually someday you're going to look around and think, "What the f*ck happened..."

People have the best chance of personal change when left alone.
You say as a family of all morbidly obese pull up to a window at McDonalds. Yeah, just leave em alone. Let the parents learn their lesson after they've screwed up the lives of their kids and their kids screw up the lives of their kids, etc etc. They'll eventually learn. Or not, and just die all while polluting society with lazy irresponsible slobs.

Once in a while I feel obese stigma is totally unwarranted and those dishing out the stigma are just douches. You'd think an obese person once raped them or something with the statements they come out with. It surprises me that if an obese person ranted on YouTube, be it about sh^tty movies, the state of pop culture et al, they'd get the old waste-basket assumptions 'you're just bitching about something because you're a fat fvck.... nobody will find you attractive....', regardless that said obese person could have a partner. Good logic there.

Well that got oddly specific.

Do you think fat shaming is sometimes warranted?

Well, I'm often occupied with other things. It's not a topic I always follow admittedly.
