Here's my opinion.
When answering this question, like most questions that ask for a decision to be made on a social construct, most people come to their chosen conclusion based on morals, which is essentially based on how they feel. This, in my opinion, is a terrible way to debate anything and yes, women do tend to do this far more than men, though most men do it too.
I would argue that the answer to the question should be based on what is best for society, which tends to be the best for the rest of us. Of course my answer, as well as most other people who are healthily selfish, will be slightly tainted by the fact that we want a society that gives us the most benefit we can get from it but I will be subjective in the sense that I will answer based on how I think every society should be run rather than just my own.
So finally, here's my answer. Men and women have different voting patterns. So whichever genders voting patterns I believe to be detrimental to the success of our society, should be banned from voting. And yes, whatever answer we were to give would be based on our opinion of what success for our society is. Now I don't know all the voting patterns but I would assume that for the most part I would side with the male's as I'm likely to have more similar desires to them than I am women. However, should my desires be more aligned with the female demographic then I would advocate a ban on male voting.
So in conclusion, I won't actually say yes or no as I'm not informed enough but I would advocate for a voting ban for whichever genders voting patterns I believe to be more detrimental to the societies success. It's not a matter of right or wrong, fair on unfair. The decision should be made based on the outcome it will give you.
