Zinc. But nothing better than No Fap
Yes there is. A week of cardio and resistance paired with what I just said. If you don’t bus a nut for that time as well you will literally be a gorilla. I can’t even explain how I feel right now. You just have to believe me.

OP is asking for supplements specifically. It's a bit presumptive to assume he's not already maximizing things like sleep, diet, etc.

The best supplements for raising libido are panax ginseng, KSM-66 ashwaganda, yohimbine, tyrosine, cistanche. Fadogia and tongkat ali should as well since they're proven to raise T.

Then there's also some supplements/nootropics that are more recreational. Hands down, the best way to raise libido is phenibut, but i only advise taking 1-2g every other week at most. Only take it if you have a girl you've already banged come over to fvck.

We can also get into the RC territory but I haven't ventured here. I've heard melanotan II raises libido substantially.

Not exactly. Physiology influences your libido. If you get rock hard at the mere sight of a hot girl, you will naturally be more horny.
Agree on physiology. It’s a little chicken vs egg. For example blood flow from the above creating a physiological nerve stimulation causing all sorts of sexual ambition

Not really because if he was he would have no need for supplements.
That's just not true. Some people have naturally lower libido. I routinely go 2 weeks without fapping and several months without sex and don't even notice. Even when I'm in peak physical shape and health it's not very high for very long. I sometimes have short bursts of high libido but it only lasts a week or so and if I nut even once it goes away.

Then your body is out of balance whether you want to admit it or not. Being in good physical shape and your body being in balance are completely different things.

Out of balance? What exactly would be out of balance? I've been like this for 20+ years.

Out of curiosity, do you happen to be an introvert or have an avoidant personality?

I noticed many times that when I'm forced to be around people more than my desired amount, my libido gets lower only to come back when I have to change to stay by myself for enough time to recharge.

Avoidant - no, but I am extremely introverted. I am alone all the time, plenty of recharging. Socializing can boost it slightly if for instance I'm in a place with lots of attractive women.

My libido is quite low and has been for as long as I can remember, even in my teen years. It's a dopamine thing... pretty simple, 100% of libido is tied to dopamine function in the nucleus accumbens. On that note, exterversion/introversion are tied to baseline dopamine receptor densities, which is completely genetic.

Totally agree with all, too bad people think that we should "put some work into socializing" as if we were lazy kids skipping homeworks.

I believe libido and relax are strongly connected so when people like us cant really recharge in solitude and silence, the remaining stress doesnt allow libido to properly manifest.

Yup, stress is antagonistic to Test and libido in general. That's why I suggested Ashwagandha and Ginseng.

But yes when people say "you're so quiet" the best response is "and you won't shut the **** up".

Hormones. Mineral levels. Typically these work in conjunction with one another and usually depend on ratios to each other.
Nigga I can attach some of my bloodwork if you want. My total T has been around 1000-1200ng/DL consistently every time I've tested the past 2 years. My vitamin D levels were also high, close to the top of the ref range. Thyroid T1-T4 were solid. Everything else was solid too, I've had comprehensive blood panels and lidid panels. It's just a dopamine thing. Not even an "imbalance" its just how I was built.

What's your T:E ratio, T: Progesterone ratio and E: P ratio?

DHEA-S level?

Age? Assuming you’re on exogenous T?

I don't think I've had specific t:e ratio and my Estradiol was only tested once: 34.5 pg/ml | Ref Range ≤ 47 pg/ml

I would need to see what my Progesterone/ratio is

No, and i'm 34
What's your Free T? Total T doesn't mean much it's the Free T that matters.

I know. I bring this up (and my high SHBG/prolactin) with the doctors/specialists and they dismiss it and just say "well ur T is high so ur good herp derp".

With those numbers you’re most definitely are an outlier, provided you’re not pinning. ~1000 is generally what you’d get off ~250mg t cyp weekly at 35.

Also something is going on with your liver given your alkaline phosphatase numbers.

Exogenous testosterone can have effects on the liver, which could potentially alter ALP levels. ALP, is a sign of liver stress or damage.

Anyway if no one is looking into the reasons for elevated phosphatase you need to ask an IM or endocrinologist doc about it. You only have one liver.

Goly F those T numbers, thats probably the closest thing to live in God mode.
Not really...his free T, the kind that actually matters, is low normal range for the most part. There is something funky going on there...perhaps look into Stinging Nettle Root to bind to SHBG to up your free T levels?
