Zyzz worship IS homo, no matter how many times you type "no homo".
It's not worshiping. It's getting inspired to get shredded and **** *****es.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Do you honestly think that schedule could be accomplished well from a natural guy given the right diet and right amount of food?

Except the chest day where the incline barbell press would be a torture after the dumbbels and the bench press, that routine makes me curious to try.

Not sure if his chemical support allowed him that or it can be done from a natural as well.

Eh, from what I have read and understand, he was juiced to the gills with very little down time.

His program kinda sucks unless you are a skinny guy who wants to stay skinny.

He had reasonably good bone structure genetics, and had solid dedication.

What he had going for him:

> Tall
> Handsome
> Personality
> Juiced to the gills

Take those away and he's just another skinny runt with a bad program.

He had good achievement but I think the manner of his death speaks volumes about the means he employed to achieve that end.

One thing's for sure. Most people our age would benefit from less time in front of a computer and more time in a gym or doing some other physical activity.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but he was a roided out freak who got his body by pumping toxic chemicals into his blood stream. There are lots of male role models, but this guy shouldn't be one of them.

This guy was beta as hell. The only people who look up to him are stupid Facebook addicted teenage boys. He died at age 22 from heart failure caused by overdosing on roids. He killed himself trying to impress a b1tch which makes him the ultimate AFC.

I have nothing but good things to say about the guy. He has inspired thousands, if not more, of guys to get in shape and to live life to the fullest. Was he a little "out there"? Yeah, but if you read that interview up thread, you will see that he a really normal guy. Comes across as very smart and articulate.

RIP brah.

Would be interested to know why you think his workout program was so bad?

Thanks

Also, I just have to say this. Steroids are NOT BAD for you. Are they bad for you if you abuse them? Yes. Is water bad for you if you drink to much of it? Yes. Point being, too much of anything is a bad thing.

I have dealt with steroids for 20 years from my race horse training days. All the steroids that you see being used today started out being used by trainers on the horses. I used them all the time on my horses. 10 cc of equipoise and Winstrol V a month on many of them. Test, estrogen, Dekka, and many others as well. Saw nothing but positive benefits from them. Steroids were created to increase appetite, increase metabolism, help to recover faster from heavy work. They were created to increase the general overall health of a animal or person. I really hate it when I see steroids taking such a bad rap, mainly created by the govt via the media. Used properly and with restraint, steroids can be very useful to animals and people alike. 20 years of experience using them can vouch for that.

Whatever you say Dog, but me personally? I don't believe that kid Zyzz died young at the age of 21 for any other reason other than he was a roided-up d1ckhead who sacrificed his health for fly pecs and it cost him his life.

I don't think it had anything to do with steroids. From what I understand, it was a combo of him taking a high amount of stimulants to keep his weight down and a preexisting heart defect. Add in the fact that he was in a very hot sauna at the time of his death, and that is a trifecta for having a major heart attack.

Steroids are not going to kill you at that young of age even if he was taking 50 x the amount he should have per day. Which he wasn't.

Every person is entitled to their own opinion. I have gone on record in this forum before outlining my own personal opinion that Steroids CAUSE heart defects.

You see, current medical opinion is that ALL heart defects are congenital (i.e. "preexisting"), but I just don't buy it. The amount of steroid abusers that I read of that have dropped dead prematurely of a "congenital" heart defect tingles my bullsh1t meter.

I think that Zyzz's heart defect wasn't "congenital" at all, I think it was CAUSED by the steroids which he had been abusing for an extended period of time. That defect (which imo was caused by steroid abuse) combined with the tren and clen he also abused (which I think is cheating as well btw), and the very hot sauna, is what caused his abrupt (yet entirely predictable) death.

Can you please keep this retardation off of the DJ forum? I see enough of it on bodybuilding.com

No, we are very comfortable with retardation around here.

We mods don't like to be overly heavy-handed. Here's an idea... if you don't like a thread, ignore it. If someone is truly a troll, report it.

There's actually some benefical content on page 1. It might be good to discuss the pros and cons of the sauce.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
