Right behind you
Have very strong opinions that you don't change for anyone or anything unless you are proven wrong. And if you ARE proven wrong, be gracious in admitting you are, don't be salty over it. And don't try to make extremely far-reaching assumptions just to be right for the sake of being right. Anyone who does that is a moron.

Know that you are strong. And strive to be stronger.

Feel your masculine roots. Try to meditate into a strong willed state of mind, or somehow ingrain into yourself that "I am a man. I do what I want, and I do not lay down for others. I forge my own path."

It helps to be single for a while and do this. I've been single for, oh, five months now and it feels pretty great. I just got back from a trip with friends where we took a bunch of psychedelics and I felt the most human / manly ever while in a trance. So far the feeling has not left me and I feel incredibly strong, mentally

In the words of Tony Montana "All I have in this world is my word and my balls, and I break them for no one."

I always lived by that.

Be honest with people around you, even if it means you may hurt a feeling or too.

Women respect a man with balls, regardless if they hate him or love him.

Don't bend what you know to be true to win over people, don't even argue with them. State your opinion, say that's how it is or what you think depending on whether it's an objective fact or an opinion. If they try arguing then shut up and walk away.

One time a co-worker messed up, I reported it (his name not included) and he recognized it was about him. So he comes up to me obviously pissed and tries to frame it as me doing something wrong to report his fvck up. Several other co-workers was present when he did this, including my boss' assistant. I told him the report was accurate, there's no way he can justify his absence of responsibility and I'm not further discussing this. He tried discussing it 2 more times that day, but I wasn't having any of his pathetic excuses. He got pretty angry that he couldn't manipulate me, but I didn't give the slightest of fvcks. Although he avoided talking to me as much as possible for a month, I did prove to everyone I have a spine and I won't accept bullsh!t. That guy in particular shows me more respect today, he knows I can't easily be fooled.

Bro your thinking is off.

If you are worried about keeping frame "strong", you are worried what others think of you. No way to live. Instead worry about what you want to do and what tools you need to get there. Life shouldn't be about keeping frame, it should be about accomplishing things and being constructive.

Let's say you knew 5 top movie actresses. You have strong "frame" with all of them. So what? If you are not having sex with them or getting what you want from them, what good is "frame?" They would all be estastic if you got hit by a bus.

Figure out what you want to do, find the tools necessary to get you there.

"To thine own self be true"

- William Shakespeare

I take that to mean never sell out, never compromise your principles or your character and always be true to your own beliefs and your own path. Especially in the face of critics. In other words, live your life and do not apologize for the course you choose.

You have to realize that life is an adventure, not a destination. Understand there will be challenges, but they are only temporary.

Rule #1-

Do not lose composure. Think before you act and do not let someone get under your skin. Be smooth, be suave.

Don't build your frame on quicksand.

Better to have a Rock as a foundation.

That helps a lot!:D
