With this chick you are basically in the friend zone. You best course of action is to maintain it and do not make a move as it gets very weird if it backfires to the point of being awkward. The plus side is she has a lot of friends...also dont rule out the possibility that she will make a move on you. Dont be so available to her (physically and emotionally) and flirt with other girls around her so she knows that she is not your be all and end all.
