Hi TheMale,
What is your age, weight and what are your goals? Do you have any major illness?
There are different cardio exercises like walking, jogging, running, swimming or cycling.
As you are new so start with small distance and increase your distance gradually.

Well, I've been steadily cutting down with this:

stats:
5'8 - 12% bodyfat
weight: 74kg

After gym session: 30 - 40min of High Intensity cardio (usually jump rope, or some sprints, or a flight of 100 steps)

Mind you my gym sessions last 1 1/2 - 2 hours x4 a week.

Its honestly not the best approach but i can not be fcked messing with my diet.

x5 meals a day.

*chicken/steak/fish/any lean meat + fistful of carbs (brown rice, etc.) + as many vegetables as i want x3 a day

* x2 protein shakes + eggs/cottage cheese

*random amount of fruit.

suppliments: multivitamin, fish-oil and pre-workout drink.

I do 1000 reps. but over a duration of 5 sets. eg.

200 rotations
1min rest
200 rotations
1min rest
200 rotations
1min rest
200
rest
200

the 200 need to be done fast though, keep going and going and going so you really feel the burn.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

I think I went a little too intense getting back into heavier cardio for the summer. I was 5' 8'' 167 seven days ago when I weighed myself at the gym and after doing 2 runs of about 3 miles each + ~8 hours of basketball last I am at 160 pounds according to my home scale. I have to weigh myself at the gym but I still think I lost like five pounds last week. Definitely wasn't expecting that and I'm pretty sure that wasn't healthy but since I am so close to my goal of 155 I am going to keep it going for another week.
