Your Joints and working out

Recently, I've been feeling pain in my joints...
I dont know if this is caused from working out ... or that im deficient of something...

What is a something that i can do to relieve the pain in my joints.
Im experiencing pain on my knee joints... hip joints... elbow joints... arm joiints... and the middle part ofmy back towards the spine area...

The pain isnt excruciating but it's like acheness...
and it hurts more if you put pressure on it..

also, probably a good idea to do proper stretching. Its best to stretch when your muscles are warm, esp. after a workout.

big bump on stretching, i've heard good things about flax also, if the pains get worse, see a physio

Anyway, just relax for a couple of days from working out with exercise that effect THAT joint that hurt. Personally I had my right elbow which hurt like a *****.
With proper stretching, joint suppy and rest I was able to have it fine in three days or so.

Good luck soldier, keep lifting!

My joints still hurt and i've been stretching..

They only hurt when i rub the joints though..

i dont feel the pain when i dont touch it..

THeres gotta be an better alternative solution to join pain.

if you're doing wrist curls, stop, they're very bad, unless they're behind the back

Im not doing anything unusual.

I mean, rub your joints.
take this time to do it right now....


Keep rubbing different joints..


Don't you feel some ache when you do that?
