before, during, after, when you wake up, when you go to sleep, and whenever you feel like it. Stretching prevents injury, yet many people hardly stretch before working out.
Definatly. I used to have really bad flexibility in my hamstrings, and that lead to messing up my lower back real bad cuz I did alotta squats. Now I touch my toes for 60 seconds 6 times a day, and my lower back is doing awesome even though I'm doing more squats than ever.

If you can't touch your toes, you should definatly be stretching out your hamstrings allot if you perform deadlifts and squats.

If you wanna lose weight, you can start by drinking a glass of apple juice on an empty stomach (i.e. when you wake up).

Having trouble consuming enough protein? Eat lima beans, pinto beans, and blackeye peas. These foods contain 15-20 grams protein grams per can, high carbs, and zero fat.
I heard beans aren't a complete protien since they don't have all the essential amino acids. You gotta eat em with rice for a complete protien meal. You would'nt eat plain beans alone anyways. . . .

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

eat big (but healthy and regular - 5+ smaller meals instead of 3x big meals) train big (but only compound - remember technique before weight) sleep big (but not too much)

most important meals of the day - 1st thing, last thing, around workouts (pre/post) - in between these should be easy enough

You should be drinking 5-6 litres a day anyway. How much water you drink before you workout is irrelevant to stamina levels.

For a challenging power workout for chest try this compound set:
Perform 2-3 reps of your 2-3RM weight for bench (this should be b*lls to the wall benching) and then without resting go straight into 10 reps of plyometric pushups with feet on the bench. If you're advanced explode from the pushup position onto two platforms (one hand on each)

You can do this sort of thing with any heavy movement: try compounding squats with plyo jumps or box jumps.

My favorite tip which probably hasn't been mentioned yet, is to not look at how big your muscles seem to you or at how many more or less grams you weigh today, but to strictly look at the weights you can lift.

Guys always panic and think they gotta do this gotta do that, b/c they get confused thinking they lost all their bulk after not lifting for a week or two or whatever..other guys think they're not growing after lifting for 3 months and not being muscular as a bodybuilding pro, yet....but you can ditch that whole waste of time and just pay attention at your weights, if you can increase the weight on your lifts overtime, you WILL finally see an increase in muscle....plus if you're dieting or something and you notice you can still lift (almost) the same weights with the same repetitions, it's alll good and there's absolutely no need to worry.

.
To me, if I get plently of water long before my workout, I never crave water. I'll have only a few small sips to keep my throat moist. Water cravings mess me up, and if I give in to them, then i'll get bloated.

Im not sure how much water im drinking a day, but maybe im not drinking enough, and the preworkout drink will be irrevalent if I do. Not sure though. . . .
