Definatly. I used to have really bad flexibility in my hamstrings, and that lead to messing up my lower back real bad cuz I did alotta squats. Now I touch my toes for 60 seconds 6 times a day, and my lower back is doing awesome even though I'm doing more squats than ever.Bible_Belt said:Now lets hear yours

before, during, after, when you wake up, when you go to sleep, and whenever you feel like it. Stretching prevents injury, yet many people hardly stretch before working out.
If you can't touch your toes, you should definatly be stretching out your hamstrings allot if you perform deadlifts and squats.
