Child support has ZERO to do with your sex and everything to do with the amount of income each person makes. People need to understand how this works instead of spouting their biased views with no basis in reality.

I know several guys who are getting child support from their ex-wives due to the wife making more money than they did.

I can write this because I know how it actually works.
Child support is paid to the person with whom the child resides. It doesn’t matter if that person makes more or less than the support payer. Custody is overwhelmingly awarded to women in cases where it’s disputed. So in theory you are correct, child support has zero to do with sex. But theory and practice are two different things. In theory, women like nice, respectful, sensitive men. In practice, those men end up becoming incels.

I had a friend inform me of the following. I did my research and he is correct. Going over seas is not a solution to the misandry issue.

If a US citizen has a child over seas then the child can still get child support. The more developed nations have agreements with the US govt. They are even enforcing child support from Nigeria!!

This negates all the advantages of going overseas. Why do they even recommed going overseas again?

Ps this coming from a guy who has an overseas woman. Its still the same shyt its just that they are less sophisticated.

There is no escaping the plantation fellas we are doomed.
Does this apply even if you renounce US citizenship?

Not that I'm condoning men running away from their problems, if you fvck up, you need to man up.

I dont know if it applies if you renounce citizenship. That is a good question. Men are interested in this matter because they want to start families without the draconian American family court laws. Men are not interested in the over seas thing because they want to run away from a child. On the contrary, we want to actually have a shot at having a functional family overseas.

And once again this in large part goes back to the mistakes men make like leaving the house willingly prior to the divorce being finalized. Once that happens you give up a LOT of custody rights as courts view that as abandonment. Especially if they aren't regularly seeing the kids while that happens which in many cases they don't because there is no custody/visitation agreement in place at that point.

Guys want to do whatever they want and think it has no consequences, but as I said before this is a legal issue and it has very BIG consequences if you don't do things properly and protect your rights.

Basically don't make dumb decisions by not knowing the law and your rights under the law and more importantly the rights you are giving up under the law by making these mistakes.

If you MUST leave the house then the bare minimum you need to do is visit an attorney and have paperwork drawn up documenting everything and signed by both parties as to what is being agreed to temporarily in terms of visitation/custody, etc...

Other than that do NOT leave the house or you will be sorry you did in court.

You have no clue what you’re talking about it. It’s pretty hard not to leave the house when your wife calls the cops and says that you assaulted or threatened to kill her. Good luck not leaving the house when you’re being lead out in handcuffs. This kind of thing happens all the time by the way.

One day, your cheerful “only idiots get screwed by family courts” attitude will shatter like cheap glass as you get hit with the full force of the justice system.

Always make it worst case scenario which is exceedingly rare in comparison.

Far more men leave the house voluntarily. If they didn't you wouldn't hear family court lawyers talking about it constantly.

Ask around. Talk to some people in the know. Guarantee they'll agree with me.

Nope. I just don't believe in being a deadbeat.
I think we need to hold women accountable for their actions, we live in a very gynocentric society that puts down men all the time.

Yes plenty of men are deadbeat dads, but plenty if perfectly good guys are being screwed over and lumped in with a tiny minority of wrongdoers.
