You still pay Child Support even with overseas kid

I had a friend inform me of the following. I did my research and he is correct. Going over seas is not a solution to the misandry issue.

If a US citizen has a child over seas then the child can still get child support. The more developed nations have agreements with the US govt. They are even enforcing child support from Nigeria!!

This negates all the advantages of going overseas. Why do they even recommed going overseas again?

Ps this coming from a guy who has an overseas woman. Its still the same shyt its just that they are less sophisticated.

Sorry I don't see what the issue with forcing a man to take responsibility for their actions are. Sounds like the person is already a deadbeat Dad who doesn't want to be in their kids life, the least he can do is pay to help the mother raise him since he is nowhere to be found.

Also, always an option not to create one.

Men who want child support reform are not saying they dont want to support their kids. Lets not give any credence to that feminist talking point.

They are saying let child support laws be reasonable. The laws are heavily biased towards the female. Most of the time the courts dont even enforce when the woman has to pay child support!

Whenever a man asks for a reduction they often say no! Dont get me started on the horror stories that my friends and family went through.

What I am saying is that if you make 75k a year they will take 1k a month from your check for 18 -21yrs. The mother can spend it any way she wants ( nails, hair etc). If you make more money she can go back to the court and ask for even more.

No kid needs 1k a month to survive. Also, you often end up still paying more money for the kids random expenses. You also dont even get to see this kid you are supporting.

So if this bullshyt can be enforced overseas....then why the hell is the manopshere supporting going overseas again? They obviously dont know what they are talking about.

Exactly. Child support is a cash grab for the state. It is revenue for federal and states balance sheets.

Many good men are in prison today because of unfair child support. The woman however never go to jail for paternity fraud or for not letting the men see their kids.

Can't stress this enough. You must NEVER do anything rash prior to the divorce being finalized or because "she told me I had to". She isn't the boss. She cannot force you to leave the house. If you do so you sacrifice a lot of rights you would have otherwise had.

Guys "trying to keep the peace" end up screwed in the long run.

This is a legal proceeding. Thinking you can just do whatever and it will be fine is where most guys get screwed

Yes that's true. Unfortunately much of that is decided based on the man's actions prior to the divorce being finalized and even going to court.

Many guys fail to take the advice of their attorney or only do so after they have made grave mistakes that end up costing them a LOT in the proceedings, especially when it comes to custody and visitation rights.

These are legal proceedings. Men have rights until they freely give them up often times unknowingly. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
