RUN definelty! Running = getting laid. It transforms your mind and body. I always go for a good run before meeting up with a girl. It makes you look and feel awesome.

Why not both? Do 5 or 10 minutes of rope for a nice warm up and than go for a jog. I also agree with bigmil. After a run I feel like a million bucks!

Idk from the material ive read, 5 minutes of rope = 20 minutes of running.

I agree with most of you too, running does make me feel a lot better about life...but as of which one is better for losing weight...

would you go with the rope or run

How much body-fat can I shave off in say a week if I jump rope for say 45 minutes daily? 1% maybe?

You'd give yourself chronic shin splints and/or compound fractures long before you'd burnt off much fat.

You can't just start skipping for 4 hours a week, you're gonna have to build up to it so as not to injure yourself.
