I wish I had discovered during my formative years.....the 48 laws of power.
I think the book encompasses everything a DJ should strive to be (apart from unecessary abusive use of deceit). The book discusses concepts such as seduction, being indirect and living in isolation leading to awkwardness in your interactions with other people (AND MUCH MUCH MORE). It is like a guide to getting much better at social mechanics.
The book is discussed in the archives section of the site I think but its only the cheat sheet that is put on this site as well as google and I don't think that really gives a full scope of it.
For every guy who has felt powerless in some area of your life ( as I have from time to time and still do) , this book I believe can be a massive catalyst towards positive transformation so I thought I would share it with you. Im still in the process of reading it and think its gonna take a while before I fully digest its teachings and then apply them in real time in my day to day life.
The book can be downloaded at scribd.com by signing up which takes about 17 seconds or can be read on the site (Oh and another thing...I don't work for scribd.com).
Im not expecting anyone to fully read it and comment as its a monstrous book of 476 pages. Im just raising awareness about the book as it is like a huger version of pooks teachings (sexuality aside) and I thought that i'd share the link with the community and dudes on this site who feel helpless sometimes. Here it is;
