The gentlemen that I seek is someone, who hasn’t found Ms. Right and doesn’t feel he’s going to or just feels his clock is ticking and wants to start a family before he’s too old. By the way you can still have your own life. Can be a Local or Out-Of-State…

Requirements:
Non-Smoker, Not Obese, No Health Issues (minor ok), No STD’s, ok with an interracial child. Open to legal agreement, traveling and financial support! Financially secure or successful!
Self-Employed is also a ++ (I am available to work from home if you need help, would be a great situation.)
Real Estate Investor is a ++ (Like to find a nice home to raise our child or children in!) I can make the payments and furnish the home! Will need private financing…

To throw in another perspective, I actually don't think this is that terrible. Yes she expects a lot and it's not exactly traditional, but she is at least completely honest about what the guy's purpose and role would be. If this is what some man wants and two mature adults work out some arrangement, so be it.

Better this, than the woman sleeping around with guys while promising them she's on the pill or poking holes in their condoms.

True, but my main concern is how that kid will turn out being raised out of a business arrangement. Also, how women think its ok to raise a child without a full time father figure. Its dehumanizing. children who arent raised in an environment with BOTH parents around all the time, who love each other have a statistically enormous chance of instability in life. People need FAMILY, and one of the biggest downfalls of society ithese days is the lack of true family.

But yeah, you're right. At least its honest and planned, but it still seems so wrong to me.

Everytime i read stuff like this i ask myself in which way she is going to be fertilized.
Yeah its a stupid question but really,it look so strange to me to imagine two perfect strangers that goes to a clinic and starting from an h6nd j0b end with a pregnant woman.
It remind me when i go to the station to get some fuel for my motorbyke.

Making a deal with this woman is like making a deal with the devil, there are just so many ways in which she can burn you for a very long time after the birth of the child.

I call this selective honesty because there are other hidden tangibles that this woman hasn't decided yet to use until she has the child in her arms. From that very moment her true colours will appear.

I think most of these craigslist ads that make the rounds are either made up or just put up for the joke of it. I could put up a sperm donor ad and say that I am a lazy SOB and won't support her or the child at all (financially, mentally, emotionally) and that I am just looking for a cvm recepticle, but if a woman wants to get pregnant that bad, she should contact me..

Even if it is real, how is it going to affect your life one way or the other?
