Where do you guys buy your clothes? I used to be a sheep and buy all Abercrombie, Hollister, etc. but now i want to get my own style. Nothing too over the top though.

I like Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom, though those can be a bit costly for some designer lines, especially for a high school student if you aren't getting your parents to buy the clothes (and they probably don't want to spend as much on clothes as you'd want them to anyway).

I like clothes that are higer qualify because I am able to feel more comfortable in them. They feel nicer and to the trained eye, the quality becomes visibly different. Chances are the women you know are more knowledgable about this then men and more likely to notice/admire your nicer clothes.

Within the past couple years Macy's has imroved a lot in my opinion and usually has cool stuff I like. It is also much more affordable than the previous two I mentioned.

Go shopping with a girl, but not one you are interested in necessarily and get her opinions as you pick out clothes for yourself. Don't let her pick the clothes, you pick out things in a style you like and then have her give opinions on the things you already approve of.

There's no reason not to follow the trend.
Being unique is nice, but on the other hand, the popular clothing brands tend to be the clothes that look nicest as well.

Where don't I get my clothes from?

I find my stuff everywhere. From the standard highschool wear (AE, A&F, Hollister) to other things (department stores, internet). I buy what I like. The one thing I hate more than anything are the people that only seem to shop at one store, and I think you know what I'm talking about (the walking billboards LOL). Try bluefly.com, they've got a lot of high-end threads (and brands you'd normally never hear about) at decent prices.

I mean I look many places for my clothes and may find 1-2 things (if I'm lucky) at any one spot. The best thing about finding your own style is the journey. Wear what makes you feel good and it'll look good on you.

I'm not too concerned about what I wear, as long as what I wear is nice. I mostly hang out with asians and they say I dress like a white boy because all my shirts are either from American Eagle, Aeropostle, and Hollister. What they usually wear is the stuff you see from Metro Park with those unique designs. I actually stand out in my group because of my clothing attire.

lol i hate the high school ppl with the shirt "A. Eagle". no seriously. pause and look at that shirt again. it is just lame.

i like plainer tees with smaller logos or no logos. much classier in my opinion

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.
