Ok guys, I think I have ran into a major drama queen here.

Been dating this chick for a month or so. We are having sex, having a nice time...etc.

Other day I was cracking some jokes about her friend, some chump who always buys her and her girlfriends drinks but isnt doing any of them. Of course I wasnt so blunt, I was just being sarcastic saying things such as "does this guy have a life?", "what a loser". etc. It was in a ****y playful way, nothing serious. All of the sudden she gets all offended like I am seriously talking **** about her friend. I play it off like nothing happened...

Frid night, I hit a club with her and her girlfriend. My chick is out of a job and her friend is pretty damn broke. So I bought her friend a few beers and payed for my dates drinks. Was pretty ****ing expensive at the end but I didnt really mind. Thing that pissed me off was on the way home, me and my girl stop at mcdonalds and she says I need money!! I'm like what the ****? I just spend almost a hundred bucks on your ass and you have the nerve to ask for 5 bucks for a ****ing happy meal? I didnt say it that bluntly, I just said um I just payed for the whole night, can you pick that up in a sort of sarcastic way.

Now was I over reacting here or what? I think not. The way she asked was just rude. If she asked in a polite manner, it would have been no problem.

Now this morning she calls giving me a bunch of **** about how I have been acting so rude by not paying for her meal when she is jobless and how I was talking **** about her guy friend...

Im no chump and talked **** back.

Just curious what you guys think.

Thx

P.S. I have been lurking here for a while but his is my first post. This is a great forum!

you should never be suprised when the person you're dating acts irrational or otherwise. She didn't really go "psycho" on you she just went "girl" on you. Don't think this is a one time occurence either, I'm sure this is just the begginning. Just do your best to fight back and not let things get skewed to the point where you start looking like a lil b*tch (which from the sounds of it doesn't seem like the path you're on). You'll be aight if you dont' spend outrageous amounts of money on her too much in the future. I'll buy drinks for a girl but no more then 20 bucks, then it's back to my house. 100 dollars for her and her friend is kinda lame. Tell her to get her azz back to work ASAP.

Sad thing is this chick is over 30!

I didnt spend a 100, I spend probably 70 or so. Like I said though, the money is not that big of a deal. And if you are gonna take a chick to a club or other types of dates , your gonna spend around that.

My problem was the rudeness after.

Another thing is dont you hate how women bring **** up days after? She didn make a issue then but now she does. I wonder if her ass is on the rag? Cuz this doesnt make sense.

Weird thing is she was asking if I was dating other women the other day. Which means she is highly interested in me. Why would just bust this behavior out?

She said I was being an *******/jerk and rude the last week. Haha, well I guess thats better than being the nice guy, she will call back.

Dude its not that simple. The date was going fine until the stop for food. What choice did I have? I would have looked like a ***** if I just handed her the money. I did what I had to do and stood up. In my opinion I did nothing wrong. I am simply contemplating how to respond accordingly. The sex is good and I want to keep ****ing her. Simple as that.

Top DJ's have women spending money on them, not the other way around. But then again Im not saying you shouldn't spend money on your woman. I would spend money on my woman...and that would be my future wife!

I would never spend a lot of money on any woman that ain't my wife.

Dude, it wasnt the money that bothered me. It was the way she asked for it which was just plain rude. If she said " would you mind getting this, I would appreciate it", I would have said sure. This wasnt the case.

Total difference between her guy friend. That prick takes 3 or 4 of her girlfriend out and buys drinks. And is getting nada in return.

Man yeah that happens but is extremely rare. I am not claiming to be this great dj. Also, most people on this board are full of **** when they claim women are buying all their ****. Yeah ****ing right. I am dating a couple of other women right now and we alternate with money. I grab one night, she does the other....

Only reason this is not the case with this girl is she is out of a job, so I was being polite.

-Message her back saying: "listen hunny, i don't have a problem paying for you once in a while, but YOU DON'T DEMOND MONEY OUT OF ME, we ain't married yat. I'm not a bank machine. I'm starting to wonder if you like me, or my vallet....

what you want to do it turn it back on her. make her feel guilty if you have to.

Thanks, I think that is good advice.

To answer your question....yes she had money to pay for her food and she did end up buying it. If she had nothing on her, thats a different story. Also, she drank the night before with her girlfriend and spent 60 dollars. I dont think she is in this for the money as I am a college student, if she wanted a sugar daddy, I am sure she can find one.

I am gonna text her back right now I think.

These sound like petty issues. Usually when a lot of petty stressful BS issues pop up in life girls act like this when they don't know how to handle them. Your fighting with her allows her to blow off some steam but it's not solving the issue.

You have to let her know what you think about how she's acting (sounds like you have to lay down the law a bit) and then talk to her about what the hell is going on that's causing these outbursts if you want them to ease up or stop.

Think about it before you go blasting her with your words over this.

It obviously wasn't the food or busting on her friend if she' been fine with things like that in the past. Outbursts only happen when shyt piles up.

I have to agree with these guys that making her feel guilty will probably work, but only because you stood your ground... it's the person that doesn't let up that eventually causes the other person to fall...and when they fall they feel bad and guilty.

But do you want her feeling guilty or do you want to resolve the matter? One is certainly more mature and will have a better emotional result in the end imo.

Qmanchoo,

You make some good points.

I agree that this is a very petty issue. I think the real reason is she is stressed from her job loss and is taking it out on me.

Anyways, I text messaged her something similar to what spider wrote.

We will see how she responds...

the way i play this situation out is i would have given her the happy meal money with a look and no further words. The way I like to deal with paying with women is a back and forth with no real tit for tat, but at least know that they are making an effort.

If i feel its unbalanced, then I just hold back and see how they respond. If they seem like they are milkin it, then why bother, i just realize they are that type of person and decide if I want to be with soemone like that. You really can't change people that much and they are going to act the way they are regardless. The trick is to know what you are willing to accept, and not compromise or deviate to far from that to make you uncomfortable.

Once a woman thinks you are cheap and not giving enough when you are in a relationship ith them, their is no way of diggin out of that hole...-dcm

You are dating a princess. You boasted the princess already inflated ego by paying for her ass that night and now the princess demanded food. You got to let the princess know that you are the king in this relationship and not one of her royal subjects.

Don't spend too much money on a chick you only been dating for one month and she won't have expectations and delusions that she can walk all over you and that you will pay for her whims just because she has a pvssy.
