Would you tell your friend your secret to how you pick up?

Say, if you were a very successful PUA/DJ, would you tell your friend your secret to how you pick up girls? I mean, wouldn't that be like telling someone where a goldmine is for the taking...If a guy tells another his secret ways to getting chicks that would almost be adding another competition over a girl.

Is there really helpful,honest people out there or is it every man for himself?

Different approaches work for different people. Just because something you do is getting you girls doesn't mean that by him imitating it he'll have the same success... not to mention that there are about 3 billion girls out there. Do you intend on dating them all? If what you're saying was true, and by telling someone the "secret methods of being a DJ" would be a sure-fire way to transform someone into a chick-magnet, then wouldn't there be more people on this site in a relationship of some sort with at least one girl? End result... it takes work. Most people don't have what it takes, they'd rather sit back and wait for a girl to fall out fo the sky and into their lives than go out and actually make it happen. Your friend may be the same way... but I'm all for you telling him all of your "secrets".

i'd tell them basic stuff, no sites, links or ebooks. What i would say is be **** and funny and dont act needy.

like someone said this stuff takes work, and i read somewhere where a guy told his friend and his friend used it against him because they wanted a girl he had.

I shared my David DeAngelo and SoSuave material with all my firends. And whenever I discover a new revelation about women and the like, I also share that with my friends. And they also do so with me and their friends. Hmpf.

I'll tell my boys as much as they are willing to hear. I'll give them links, sites, ebook, everything. We live in a highly feminized society where girls walk around acting snotty. Even the 3's and 4's think their shiot don't stink.

Now when I have a good idea I share it. It could be coinsidance but I noticed a few times I did an idea of mine in the news. But then again, I thought up the CrazyTown/Butterfly bass line months before they did and didn't share it...

yes. There are essentially no "pure" secrets to attracting women. Every possible trick to picking up women has been written about in some book (available to everyone).

Any book on charisma, will tell you the secrets to attracting women.

Attracting women is all about charisma. In other words, there are no secrets.

I would help out a friend by giving advice, but trust me on this one :

Whenever I tell my friends about the habits of a DJ, they ridicule me for being an a$$hole, jerk, user, etc.

It's quite sad because most of my friends are clingy AFCs. To quote a friend of mine, "You have to treat girls with respect!" (his last girlfriend cheated on him with another AFC for 2 months, go figure)

Other friends of mine change everything about themselves in order to be more appealing in the eyes of females. A few months ago my friend was enthusiastic about trying pot. Now that he hangs around with this one girl more often, he shuns the idea of it even though it is obvious he's trying to impress her.

My pals just love to act like the "knigh in shining armour" trying to save the "damsel in distress" from the "dark dragon"/me.

Oh well.

It would be nice to get your friends in on the DJ way... and thus develop another DJ you can wing with but the effort is not worth the trouble...

I feel like I would have to validate myself and in the process look real AFC.... I can imagine losing alot of respect like I'm a travelling salesman trying to flog some snake oil..

My friends frequently come to me for advice on women, often after they've told their "special girl" how they feel. They never listen. AFCs will almost never accept they're not good with women.

A friend once told me one move that can get this girl I've had a crush on for 2 years but I was deeply rooted in the friendszone with her...He wouldn't tell me. But he did get her in the end and I was pissed off but I was being stupid before and that taught me a good lesson.
