In terms of hiring for corporate type sales roles, there are 2 pro-female forces at play.Your typical sales branch in a company is corrupt AF and will simp for women in these roles. These women get by off of their looks and usually get promoted early and stay in middle management or something. They are not fit long term for sales roles.
Corporate HR Departments are pro-female. The HR Department often believes that females have been oppressed and likes to spout out the feminist/SJW talking points. HR Departments are pro-female regardless of the female's individual looks.
Sales managers (often male, but not always) will simp for attractive women. The sales manager type is less concerned about institutional and historical oppression but is a thirsty beta male in general. If the sales manager is a male, he might think that he has a chance to have sex with a female sales rep or he thinks that a cute or hot female sales rep will work well with potential thirsty prospects in closing sales.
Why do you think cute/hot women are bad fits in the longer term for corporate sales roles? I think I know where your argument is going to go, but I want you to make it.
