Hey guys, just a moral question or something i guess.

Heres the deal, I've got a girlfriend. (I'll probably break up with her soon) But I'm interested in her friend. These two are pretty close so, if i break up with my girlfriend in an attempt to pursue the friend I'm interested in it might not go that well because of the girls circle of friends. (Peer value or some crap i guess, they probably wouldn't want to damage their friendship or something)

Anyway, would you guys still go for it? I guess i could make my moves on the friend and try to keep it quiet..but girls talk. A lot. I'm not really looking for a relationship either, the friend is just hot and i don't want to cheat so trying to keep things as clean as possible.

So, what would you do? Just forget these girls and pursue some girl completely unrelated? or just say fvk it all and go for her. Oh yeah..and word travels really fast around here... It's kind of scary really.

Yes, break up with you girlfriend if you're not feeling it. But DO NOT go after her friend. That has trouble written all over it. What would happen if she dumped you for your friend? If your friend actually took her there would be some serious sh1t about to go down. Same thing in this situation you are faced with two outcomes from this:

1. You dump your girlfriend, go after her friend, friend rejects you because she values her friend over you and she tells the ex who starts a bunch of drama for you.

2. She hooks up with you, the ex learns about it and whole bunch of drama starts.

Find new people.

I'd leave that one alone unless you like copious amounts of drama.

If you want a picture of how that can screw with you...

...I went after one of my ex's SISTERS during high school. Let's just say I was like a leper to that social circle for the rest of the time I walked those hallways. Nobody would talk to me.

This isn't blood, but it might as well be since you said they're close. Don't do it.

Well let me begin by saying that if you break up with your gf, there is a VERY low chance of you getting with one of her friends. Unless her friends are complete and total *******s, they wont even think of going near you or doing anything with you. If one of your friends broke up with a girl, would you immediately get with her and hook up with her? If you've got any sense of morals and respect, im sure you wouldnt.

But if by some rare chance there is an opportunity for you to start having fun with your gf's friend, do not, I repeat, DO NOT go through with it. Trust me, its gonna start a TON of drama and your rep is going absolutely slaughtered by not just your ex, but all of her friends, and eventually, all the girls in your school/area.

The ONLY possible way this thing will ever have a shot at working is if you wait a looong time to make your move on gf's friend (after you and your gf break up of course)

All in all, its really not worth it, and dont even bother wasting your time.

Do 'em both and let em fight over you:p

Joking of course while it sounds like you dig her friend the drama will be crazy.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

Go for it, man! I do this **** all the time, and have the worst reputation in the valley. Skim right over the drama, act privileged, like a sultan would. But don't expect it to be easy. Don't do married women, though, and probably not engaged ones (you want to be able to hold your head high and not be looking over your shoulder).

lol Okay, i thought i should test the waters so i called to try and set up some 'dates,' but something was telling me sh1t was going to hit the fan. Turns out she's usually always in contact with the 'group of friends' (my gf's girlfriend that is) and they're usually up to date with whats going on. Anyway i managed to turn the convo into something harmless. Might just write this one off for some other day when i'm really, really bored.

edit: found out my g/f is drunk with some people i don't know too well, wtf?! definitely not a keeper.

I can't be bothered starting a new thread for this but i guess i've got a field report of sorts to write.

Went over to a mutual female friends house today for a mild party, anyway there was this little group of 3-4 girls and a guy that seemed to be keeping t themselves and the girls were pretty attractive so i approached and just tried to be a nice/funny/****y guy. Had the whole group laughing whenever i appeared. (I stayed with them for awhile then moved away to talk to other people/mingle then went back, guess i kinda just rotated around) Anyway some girl i know who i know likes me but I've been ignoring ****ing suddenly goes to the lead girl that i was opening in the group and says some sh1t like, 'hey, search1ng just told me he doesn't like girls like you. Entirely not his type.' And i was FCKING THERE! what the fck?!

Man that b1tch created such a fcking weird/awkward atmosphere after that.
If i was a better DJ, i guess i could have found a way to break past something like that and forge on through but it didn't happen. (I can't avoid this b1tch either, ever since i found out she liked me and i ignored her she's been such an annoying chip. She's part of a lot of the social groups i know and am part of and she gossips like the world is going to fcking end. I usually ignore this sh1t but gosh sometimes it's so bloody annoying. All i can really do is to ignore the sh1t and act DJ so people can see through the crap) Anyway this crap ruined my bloody night. I actually isolated her at one point and told her she shouldn't be sprouting nonsensical sh1t like that so randomly. (She seemed pretty upset but fck, she deserved it) Of course i know a lot of you guys will probably say i should have just ignored her and such and in a way i guess i should have and turned the situation into another joke situation but it kind of just got to me.

Sucks having to always be on your toes though.
