I recently met a girl who had almost the samelast name (a one letter difference) as my last girl friend.

I thought about not telling her, but then I just said ah who cares. I'll just say what I feel like. I told her and said it was kind of funny.

Not sure how things will play out now. I guess i'll just have to judge her reaction.

Generally I don't recommend bringing up anything about your last girlfriend... would you care at all if she said "00Kevin, can you believe it? Your last name is almost the same as my last boyfriend!!!" No, I don't think it will creep her out, but I do think you might want to keep little things like that to yourself (or amongst your friends) in the future.

She might have thought you were saying that to possibly manipulate her into doing something. So yeah, I could see saying that as creepy, unless of course she has known you for a while, then it is a good thing.
