Ok, i am in a kind of a strange relationship and have been on and off with this girl for almost 3 years...here is the situation...her home is in Taiwan and my home is in the states...I teach English here and have for the last 10 months....and also lived here for one year about 2 years ago and returned home for a break...however, i have to leave to go back to the US for good in 2 months...

because i don't want to leave my family forever...but we still call ourselves BG/GF....but there is no possible future because i can't live here forever and she will never leave Taiwan because she is very devoted to her parents and family here...we both would like a possible future, but it isn't in the cards and we both know it and talk about it....

she has even agreed with her parents to enter into an arranged marriage with a friend of her family's who she has known her entire life even though she has no physical attraction for him.....she would rather me stay with her forever, but that is impossible...so given this situation...would you consider it cheating if you know you are leaving her forever in a few more months?

Part of me says I should stay loyal....but the other part is constantly tempted by all the gorgeous women here and says what's the point of not having a little fun on the side? Or am i just crazy? I would just try to stop seeing her now...but even mentioning when i am returning home makes her break out into tears and we are best friends, not just lovers.

Just trying to get some others' opinions on this situation please.

I don't even know why you even consider that, dude she will marry other guy don't matter if she like him or not, ad if she liked you she would make it happen, just move on, keep her around if you are ****ing her and that is all.

also I never consider long distance a real relationship, too many chances to screw up.

then the question is why she don't move out? her parents? I find that just a excuse.

and unless I read it wrong you did a go close to her then move out back to your country then after sometime move back and you both stay together again, but I also bet you never really stoped talking to her even when you are not close.

but yes its not cheating, you are not in a LTR you are just dating, but also it comes to my mind the if you are questioning it is because you find it cheating then you need to ask to yourself given the situation here why you consider that. but that is my pseudo psy talk.

Won't you be able to stay in Taiwan if you marry a citizen?

I do not stop gaming women unless I am in a completely fulfilling relationship, period end of story.

Long distance? Game ON!
No Sex? Game ON!
No BJ's? Game ON!
Too much attitude? Game ON!
Acting suspicious? Game ON!
Trying her best to be a good partner for her man? Game OFF!

As far as i'm concerned your Asian friend needs to consider you a little bit and come to the states. After all you are the man, the leader. She can send money home, maybe eventually bring her family here.

Yes, but i don't want to do that. I want to live close to my family. Thanks for the input guys, my conscious is clear....she expects me to act like a loyal devoted BF, yet she has never made any effort to even say she would consider moving to the states. I knew i wasn't crazy.

Tough one. If you are really that into each other and that close, and there is NO possibility of a future together & you don't WANT to stay faithful then you should do the honest thing and break it off before you screw other girls. That would be the morally honest thing to do imo.
