My best friends are exactly best friends because we CONFRONT eachothers, and all have strong characters. We dont have a problem talking about the stuff each one of us do, and our character flaws. If something like this happened in our group, we would put the other in respect from the 1st day.
I would just greet him and tell in a surprised way: "Why the **** you've been messaging my girl? You know i dont like that". Case closed.

If you were single, put yourself in their shoes.

Sure, your GF is not interested now. But all they need is quality time with your GF to build rapport!!! Once they have rapport, all bets are off!!!!!

i've been talkin with her and now i'm sure that she doesn't dig him at all, she just considers him funny to be with, nothing more. but as i said, my only fear is him tryin' to kiss her or something... because this way i couldn't pretend not to care anymore and i would have to confront him openly... and this would bring to our friendship to end... and if i lose him i lose 60% of my other friends, since they're really close to him...

Its made up of many bad ass individuals and since your too young to know any better I suggest you open your eyes up and read the many post that are right here on this forum where friends have cheated on friends. and if you think that makes you sick, I've seen fathers go after their sons gfs. Yeah I've read those post and quite frankly... each to his own. So you've seen a few punks on this forum expressing high moral values and a DJ gotta do this and a DJ gotta do that.... WHATEVER...

The fact is and I'll use you as an example...
If your game is weak
if your friends begin to disrespect you (like texting your GF)
If you can't bear the thought of losing your precious mates
If your lower down the food chain compared to 60% of your funny friends..

then you're just a total AFC and your GF deserves better....

Jay, as you will learn with age...

If someone is going to cheat, there's not a damn thing you can do to prevent it from happening. There is, however, a lot you can do that will push another person into cheating when they might not otherwise do so.

If you get insecure, controlling, emotional, angry, jealous and don't trust the person you are with over little things like this they are more apt to cheat than they otherwise would be.

All you can do is make sure you're doing your part to keep the relationship in good shape and as long as you do that you'll have the best chance of keeping the relationship going. Cheaters will always cheat and everyone gets burned by that type from time to time. It happens...but you'll save yourself a whole lot of aggravation and upset if you just trust people until they give you solid reason not to.
