Hey i have been into lifting and working out since i was 17 im 23 now, i recently started to cut up for my trip to Cancun, i have cut up numerous times before but have never felt this tired, i will do Highintensity work such as sprinting or Boxing 5 times a week and i am really liking the results i can see my 6 pack pretty good but im so tired i dont even get hungry, or horny anymore ??? Whats going on i take protein, Flax oil , glutamine, creatine and multivitamines does anyone know how to counteract the lethargy ?
