I just started this 5x5 workout:

I do the A and B sessions listed on the URL above. I am currently 5'9'' 142 (I have gained 9 lbs. in two months!), and my goal is 5'9'' 160 with sixpack (I will have to lose the small spare tire so I guess I should get to like 167 or so then do short HIIT sprints?). Anyway, I was just wondering if the A and B workout sessions include everything I should be doing. I value the oppinion of the people on this site more than any other for workout advice, you guys are amazing and know wtf you are talking about.
