Squats 2 x 5
Leg Press 1 x 15 (lighter weight)
Hack Squats 2 x 10-15
Hyperextension 2 x 8
Calf Raises 2 x 10

Sorry for the delay guys, I've been quite busy the last couple days...haha
However mondays workout was amazing! I believe I'm getting stronger and better overall, especially for squats. I Maxed out at 300 pounds on the second set. Thanks to those who recommened I do Leg press afterwards (Warboss/Effort) to cool down from the squats because I sure as hell needed it. The rest of the workout was nice. Not to mention I had good form.

Started out with the good ol' incline press. (140 pounds) Most likely I will move up next week. I used 50 pound dumbells for the first set of flat dumbell presses, then added 10 pounds. (felt a good burn) Then I kinda got off task and started chatting up everyone around the gym, helped some guy understand why deadlifts are THE PERFECT exercise for adding weight. Met a HB7 and we ended up playing Racquet ball. After I got her digits I continued my workout doing dips. The day ended with me doing shoulder presses (50 pounds) and Tri-cep pulldowns. Then I helped two other HB7's stretch....haha
I just love the gym.

The 15 rep leg press is not meant as a cooldown, it's supposed to be more brutal than the squats

By the way mate, log the weights you use each time you train. I used to think I'd just be able to remember them so that I know what weight to use next time, but believe me, you probably won't after a while. Log the weight so that you know what weight to use next time (i.e. weight+5lbs).

Also, it's great for motivation, i.e. when you look back at your log in 3 months time, you'll realise your deadlift has gone up by 45lbs, and you'll be *absolutely certain* beyond a shadow of a doubt that your training *is* working. :) Just food for thought. :)

Deadlifts 2 x 5 180lbs
Seated Row 2 x 10 160lbs
Chinup 2 x 8
Pulldiwn 2 x 8 160lbs
Bicep Curl 2 x 8-10 50lbs (dumbells)

OMG!! I use to hate deadlifts so much haha but the saying remains true. "If it doesn't kill you it will make you stronger". I will certainly say that Deads are by far THE BEST exercise invented to man-kind. It literally is a FULL BODY workout. This was a real good week for me working out in the gym. Not to mention my testostorone levels are off the charts!!!!

I'm starting to notice every week I get a little stronger and also I look a little bigger. This week I started out at 300lbs for squats so that is my current MAX. Thanks to Warboss for correcting me on how the Leg press isn't meant to be light weight and how it's supposed to feel like hell. We'll I'll tell you this, Leg Pressing 360lbs for 15 reps DEFINATELY FEELS like hell! Sombody else mentioned about logging the weight I use. Sounds like good advice because I don't remeber how much the weight was for hyperextensions. Finally I finished up the day with good old calf-raises. My only complaint however is how I could barely stand more less take a sh*t the next day. All in all however it was a great workout.

Incline Press 2 x 5 140lbs
Dumbbell Press (Flat) 2 x 8-10 50lbs
Dips 2 x 8-10
Shoulder Press - changed to shoulder shruggs 2 x 8-12 320 lbs
Tricep Exercise 2 x 10

My Testosterone level was really high today! I woke up around 6:30am and seemed to be bouncing off the walls. Not to mention I seemed to be very ****y today. Got rejected by some HB8.5 in my Bio-class (look up my thread "rejection never felt so good!") I was supposed to hit the gym first, then go study with two HB's. But I decided to go "study" first then the gym. Luckily for me the 1st HB was married and number two I just didn't feel acttracted to. I felt I need a warm-up set for Incline so I did that first. As for the real set itself, it felt great.

Felt a little pissed about doing dumbell presses because the gym seemed to get really crowded all of a sudden. Every bench was full with at least three people waiting to use it. So I said **** it and used the floor to lie down on. NOT COMFORTABLE at all but then again I never seen a sign that said "Welcome to the Gym! Please feel free to be as comfortable as possible!"
It felt akward but who cares so sue me. Next I did some dips. It was supposed to be 8-10 but I ended up doing 12, nice and slow. Not to mention if the gyms weight belt was supportive enough I would start doing dips with weight. However the belt is nearly about to break in half.

Shoulder presses felt like hell! I( guess that's what I get for lying on the floor doing dumbell presses! or maybe it was the slow dips? Neway I could barely get any weight up! (including lighter weight) so I substituted shoulder shruggs instead. On the first set I did 270 but I felt I could do more. So I use the gym's wrist straps for a better grip and ended up doing 320lbs. Finished the day with tricep pull downs.

Deadlifts 2 x 5 180lbs
Seated Row 2 x 10 160lbs
Chinup 2 x 8
Pulldown 2 x 8 160lbs
Pullups 2 x 8-10

IT's FRIDAY *****'s!!!! DEADlifts!!!! One quick question, is it safe to have a high testosterone level? oh well, Deadlifts were a blast. Was able to get 180 up again but I'm thinking about increasing the weight. I a great day until people started slacking in the gym. I went to do some seated rows but some idiot was already using the row machine. not to mention he took LONG ASS BREAKS. Until finally I cracked and was like "excuse me but I'm in a rush and would like to finish my last two set of rows." He said no problem qnd got up and left. Started on 160lbs but it was to light, so I did 200lbs instead. The while I was doing my lateral pull downs some other guy just got on my machine and have the ****ing nerve to lower the weight and start using it!!! That really pissed me off. I mean if your gonna steal somebody's machine at least keep the weight on or increase it! Neway I got up and left and went to a different machine. I didn't feel like duing bicep curls so I did Chinups instead so sue me. Followed by pullups. Had a great week other than the fact that people kept getting on my machines. But I gets thats my fault for getting up after sets to talk to Hb's.

Squats 2 x 5 360lbs ont 1st set - 410lbs on the 2nd set
Leg Press 1 x 15 400lbs
Hack Squats 2 x 10-15
Hyperextension 2 x 8 290lbs
Calf Raises 2 x 10 240lbs (on machine)

Monday was a very exciting day for me in the gym. My MAX for squats now is 410lbs!! I started out with 360lbs but honestly it felt light. I have noticed a few short gains the weight I use for the other exercises and I certainly do feel stronger. My testosterone level is still unbelievably high. The only complaint I have right now is those who choose to neglect the gym, you don't know what your missing!!!
