Hi, i'd like to know if its alright to work out more then once a day?
That is, if I work on chest say at 12:00 pm and then do Abs around 6:00 pm??
Or say I do Cardio at 8:00am when I wake up and then later on in the evening do a full workout??
Does anyone know if there are any problems with doing something like this??
