hey, for about the last few months i decided i wanted to get into shape adn so about 5 days a week about an hour before i go to bed ill do a lot of push ups and sit ups adn crunches and anything else. well im pretty impressed with my results so far so im going to keep it up. I was just wondering what i could do to work my lower abs more. it feels like i work my upper abbs and my middle abs but i just dont ever feel like im hitting my lower abbs that well. i can notice my abbs are starting to show, but it isnt showing as much on my loer abbs either. what can i do?

NO, NOT THIS DISCUSSION AGAIN, I'M GONNA RIP OFF MY ABS WITH A ****ING AXE!!!!

There are no lower abs, the abs is one big muscle.
And you can't lose fat locally, you may have lost fat because doing abs expends calories & icnreases your body temp. for a while after working out, but lifting or running/some other cardio is a much better option than doing push ups & crunches everyday.

I do Cardio, pushups and situps all in one routine and my abs are starting to come out. I do pushups for muscle strength
