Working against my self. Got to stop being negative

I find it hard to keep positive with things and I know this screws me up
And holds me down. Even my friend pointed it out that I am too negative about things. I mean the last chick I was into it did not go as far as I wanted so I feel like crap and just look at the negative instead of being positive. I mean I did get a pretty girl to go out with me. But instead I think negative because I did not get a 3rd date and regret not going in for a kiss.

So how do you be more positive?

Live in your own reality. Sounds simple. But do you know what it means? Exercise you should do is to go to a store on foot or by bus. Are you wondering around in your own reality? If you are then you should be happy and satisfied taking a walk or riding a bus, content with the world, smiling, and feeling good.. Not distracted, focused, on your goals, on yourself.. If you are living not in your own reality, i.e. AFC world, you will be distracted, trying to act to please others, look good, all that bull sh!t, and a big a** frown on your face.... Try it out.


Adopt truths into your world, your reality, that work well. For example, failure is a positive thing. Because failing means learning something new, getting better, it's good. Not failing means not learning something new, staying the same, not evolving, it's bad.


You are negative now because you don't know what your own reality is and how it should feel like. You are not living in your own world. If you knew what your own world feels like you'd relocate there.

Personally I found much success in a certain technique. Every time you think something negative, immediately counter it with a positive one. Always, never stop, no matter what.

I did this for a couple of months a year ago and it worked great. Instead of automatically thinking negative, my mind automatically started thinking positive.

I mean, even if it´s borderline stupid. Like, you´re going out somwehere and it´s raining. And instead of thinking "Ah, for **** sakes. Danm this rain!", you just force yourself to think: "Ah, great! It´s great with some rain!".
