I broke up with my gf a couple of days ago after I found out she was texting some guy from her past. Our relationship started as just fvcking all the time and slowly developed into dating, but I never really wanted it that way, I wasn't looking for a girlfriend but I didn't want to stop hitting that either so I kinda went along. A couple days after we broke up we both explained to each other how we really felt, and I brought back all of her sh1t just to make sure that she wouldn't pop up in my life anytime soon asking for this or that. We both agreed that we could maybe be friends one day, and I felt fine leaving it at that...
So last night she calls me while I'm at work, and I'm like wtf could she possibly want...I don't have anything of hers, there is no way I'm getting back with her, and I definitely told her I needed space. So I called her later to see what she wanted and she said she wanted to drop something off, she made this frame with pictures of me and some of my friends from a recent weekend, specifically excluding pictures of her. She was just there for a second and I was like "oh...thanks" and she smiled and left. Then I'm at a party later at night and she texts me saying "i hope you like what i dropped off", and then calls me and I don't answer.
A small part of me still likes her, but that part is under control. I know she aint gon change and there are better girls out there. The thing is, I need my space, I've been extremely mature throughout this whole thing, basically just not showing her any emotion or acting really affected by it. To me the frame thing is just her way of trying to create some kind of emotional attachment to her, and I don't want it hanging around, so what do you guys think is the best way to return it?
