This may seem counter intuitive and I won’t get in to evolutionary psychology here, but really the women you find absolutely "MUST HAVE" tend to wind up seeing you as more attractive than other women also."

I don't think this applies to supper models (generic good looks), otherwise Megan Gale would find me irresistible.

But I'm sure it applies to the girl who is only a 5 or 6, but in your eyes shes a 10, there is just something about her.

May be because your body recognizes a genetic match or the chick can sence your genuine attraction and this causes attraction. I don't know.

I can buy that. I have a friend who was with a girl for a while who wasn't anything special in the looks or body department, but because she wanted him so badly and showed him with lots and lots of wild sex he stayed with her for quite a while. Scientifically speaking no, nature designed us to be unnattracted to people with genes too similar, thats why the thought of inbreeding is sickening to most people.

Nature and survival favors the heterozygous, inbreeding favors the homozygous.

When you inbreed, theres a chance that "lethal" genes become homozygous in the child, and that results in instant death. THere are also those problems that we've all heard about.... polydactyly (6 deformed fingers). I find myself attracted to girls who look much different than me.



And to the general thread idea......No.

Those above average girls (HB7) who I find irresistable (like an HB10) find me little more than just "cute."

Assuming no biological or social repellants (extremely overweight, underweight, homeless, smelling bad), We tend to match up facially with our biological 10's very well at a first sight visual level. Their facial structure indicates genes that we lack and, thus, find very attractive. They tend to see us as more attractive than other guys, in general.

At worst, your biological 10 will see you as an 8 or 7 if she has found a certain social niche of guys to be extremely attractive to her, like guys with muscles, a certain dress style, or wealthy men.

ok, this is interesting...

so - i'm a little different than most guys on here... i mess with mostly girls who are in the 6.5-8 range (every one in a while getting someone over that range, and sometimes getting a girl under that range (if she has a nice body of course))... but i seem to have some kind of sexual sixth sense.

in bed - i love women who are easy to please, can have multiple orgasms, and who are VERY reactive...

somehow - i can kindda tell if a girls going to be like this without even asking her (although i will, just to get the conversation on sex). so if you put me in a room with a 6.5 and an 8. and both are showing SOIs, and my senses are picking up that i'll have more sexual fun with the 6.5 - that's who i'll go after.

I think some of this is the case, or something similar. I cant say exactly what it is, but for instance, in my case right now, I am attracted to this woman who is around a 5 or 6, but in my eyes, she's a 10. There is just something about her. The way she laughs, talks, her jokes, her rude comments, her evil eye she gives, and everything about her just does it for me. I guess its like a whole package that I look for. Or at least for the most part.

It's this comfortable feeling I get around her. She was a little sick last week and she was like...my nose is peeling, and my nose is snotty, see? And she was trying to show me, and most women wouldn't do that, and most guys would be like..UNATTRACTIVE. I however, just didnt care, and neither did she. It's like she was comfortable doing that in front of me. I was like... nice story, and then she kind of laughed through her mouth cause her nose was stuffed up.

And to me, she's not the most beautiful woman i've seen by far, but she is in my eyes in that sense of "something about her" I cant explain it.

It's this connection or vibe I get. I could find 3 girls with a better looking ass, a little prettier complexion, but then i'm like a magnet and want to go to the other one instead.

I mean if she really asked, why do you like me, i'd have to explain the above, cause it's more than looks by far.

And I think this happens a lot vice versa. You may not be Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt, but a woman finds all of these things and then there is this "something about you" she really likes.

I agree with this. Pretty much any girl I have been really really, interested in I have gotten. Or I have found out that they liked me at one point, but I fvcked it up. Even, those 2 year long crushes from middle school. I go back and talk to those girls now (in a friendly manner, not so much trying to pick them up..) and they usually tell me they had the hugest crush on me back in the day. It kind of makes you wonder and think a lot, a lot of WHAT IFs? That's why I feel no shame in taking chances, and getting rejected. Atleast there's no what ifs.
