Sure, it may not be illegal but that doesn't make it right. I don't think
there is anything to sue for but you have to question the professionalism

If its idiotic then they loose, and can even be sued for defendants lawyer fees. Also there is a hidden universal law, you can't really steal. Steal here, you'll loose there.
