It's happened to me now twice in 8 days that I meet a chick and she tells me she's getting married soon. First time it was an uggo, and she started qualifying herself to me like she was trying to convince me (and herself) that her choice to get married was the right one. I mean I really don't like getting involved in people's personal lives but whatever. The chick from last week was ugly and narcissistic and she was just a train wreck really, 'damaged goods'.
So last night I get about 9/10 IOI's from this cute chick. She's my age and our lives are entirely different and it was real fun talking to her and stuff, and she seemed really smart for a change and sorta was asking me all the right questions and vice versa. Although I could tell that she wasn't 100% aware of all the game subtleties the way most girls are. I could tell she never went out to the club. Anyway, at the end of the night I started asking what she was doing next week, whether she wanted to meet up and pre-drink. Then she suddenly said that she was getting married in two weeks.
Funny thing is, when she said that I got entirely turned on.
Maybe she was just a tease, but she gave me all those subtle inadvertent subconscious IOI's.
At a moment when a chick tells me she's getting married, but that she's got cold feet and what-not, it sorta puts a lot of pressure on me. And she says that it was her high-school sweetheart from when she was 17. And she's 22 now. Who the hell gets married at 22?
So I start to think to myself 'maybe I should make out with her just to give her an excuse not to get married'. She actually was like: "I already agreed, so I can't back out now!!" And: "I guess I'll just divorce him in a few years".
I wanted to make out with the chick. She was definitely girlfriend material. I just wasn't feeling up to it because, well, I cut my lip a few days ago and its still healing.
I wasn't really trying my best there in the club last night with the kino escalation and stuff. But she was definitely asking for it. Why would a chick who's engaged go to the club and start telling some random guy (me) about her second thoughts?
Is that her idea of a 'bachelorette party'? She was cool and all until she told me she was getting married. It's a bit of a mind-fvck. She seemed like she was totally unsure and so I sorta feel like as a good Samaritan I should have ravaged her. So who can give me some wise words about situations like these? lol
