Its all about context. You didn't mention how YOU portray yourself around these chicks.
In the end, some stupid comments don't really matter. You're analyzing too small a detail. Look at the bigger picture. What do you think they are they feeling around you? What do they do in your presence. And lastly, and least important is what they say.
