Women mirror their men

I’m in Europe right now and it is apparent about how much skinnier, presentable, and feminine the women are here compared to the US. Another thing I noticed is how the men are pretty much similar.

Now American men will be quick to call these men feminine or ***, but hear me out. Yes, I don’t think men should go overboard, but being presentable and stable minded goes a long way.

American women tend to be fat, lazy/unpresentable, loud, independent, and semi-contrarian. Now look on the other side and American Men are no different and imho worse. Nobody should be shocked that America is full of incels, beta males, and bitter hateful because the culture breeds it. Any guy struggling with women, I can find one of the points he is lacking pretty easily/ any guy that doesn’t struggle with women I can point out one of the points.

Better education.
More exercise.
Less sedentary lifestyles.
Smaller portions of food.
More walking, cycling.
Not car-oriented.

It's because of the food they eat and the fact they walk far more than most Americans. No secret.

Even if they eat the most heavily processed stuff they could find it still contains far fewer problematic ingredients than US versions of the food does. Literally the exact same product in the EU has half the ingredients of their counterpart in the US.

Why? Because the EU has banned or does not allow a lot of the garbage additives the FDA does to make the food "look and taste better". This cannot be understated in terms of differring outcomes over decades of time.

Why are people obese? Easy. It's mostly from the food they put in their mouths 4-5 x a day every day for the last 20, 30, 40, 50 years. There isn't some huge secret to all of that.

Eat healthier, less processed foods and walk more, you will weigh less.

I lived in Europe for 4 years and loved it. Seriously, best time of my life.

The biggest difference between American and European culture is the culture of consumerism. Americans are literally swamped with advertising. It is constantly in your face, as society continues to turn EVERYING into an opportunity to spend money. Billboards, mailers, door to door salesmen, telemarketing... it's constant... every holiday has at it's base... buying and selling. Thanksgiving, a purely American holiday, is a sh1t show of travel nightmares, the 'Macy's Day Parade' is a retail sales advertising promotional event... then after... well there is the Black Friday sales... then there is 'Small Business Saturday'... the "Cyber Monday'.

Memorial Day in Britian is a somber event... in America we have "Memorial Day sales'.... Veteran's Day sales.... Columbus Day (another completely silly holiday that honors a man that accidently discovered, even though there were already people here, the New World while looking for Asia) sales.... Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Daughter's Day, Son's Day, GRANDPARENTS DAY... we even have days for our pets where we encourage people to buy cheap cr@p made in China for our animals.

This morning, while watching the news, the commercials were a mix of lawyers promoting their services to sue drug companies... with drug companies running ads promoting the drugs that the lawyers were suing. It was like something out of a sketch comedy routine.

You are encouraged to consume consume consume, and when your consumption turns you into a fat @ss... no problem... here is a pill that can take care of that, stay in your recliner and watch TV, and get your lazy @ss out of that chair only to go buy sh1t... or work to make more money to buy more sh1t. And if you are retired or 'work' from home.... well... good news! Amazon delivers and Door Dash can deliver fast food CR@P right to your door!

Women mirror only their men if they look up to, admire and desire as a strong masculine leader of men.

(As for every other men; they detest them, only to use them for their own benefit/cause or/and doesn't exist in their mind.)

Lol the men in the USA are being targeted more than in Europe because most of the tough guys there got killed off in the 20th century wars. They're already emasculated, less need to subjugate them with bad food and constant advertising.

The crappy food/lack of exercise is mainly in lower income Americans. Your typical middle class and above American isn’t relying off McDonalds. In addition, there’s a lot of McDonalds and burger kings here and they are always crowded. Last, the UK is IMHO similar to the US in quality of people so they are an outlier.

Now for consumerism, Italy and France debunk this point. In Italy, everyone is decked out in 100 dollar plus shoes and designer stuff so I think this point is directed at some middle income country in Eastern Europe or something.

I think my point stands in which European men may present themselves as more feminine, but they act more masculine. While American men are affected by this fake machismo masculinity that makes them appear more feminine in the long run. Yes, American men can hide behind a AR-15, live off WW2 success, and Trump, but the majority of them aren’t even fit for service if needed. Maybe this culture comes from the British because they are the most similar to America when it comes to obesity and habits.

I was in the Army and PCS'ed back to the States. I guess the next question would be "Why haven't I gone back?" The answer... the USA is my home... this is where my family is... where by my business is.

There is a tradeoff to everything.

Economically, many European countries are in a cost of living crisis scenario, in particular young people. Many would love to be able to move to the US.

You are probably walking around the rich downtown areas, I'm not sure where you are, but probably these are younger people who come from some money, a small % of the population.

The best case scenario is to use your western dollars in a European country.

The US is an economic machine, like @RangerMIke said, constantly advertising consumerism, growth, etc. Certain things are sacrificed in order for this economic growth to occur.

Recent mass printing of both dollars and euros from central banks created an artificial growth in both countries in terms of wages, particular in IT industries. This is slowly getting washed out as austerity is returning.

The US is able to withstand this better than many European countries, and I anticipate markets are reflective of that and it will be demonstrated in the year/year(s) to come.

Nevertheless, if you are a wealthy guy in the US able to live off of passive income, it is a no brainer to start learning a foreign language aggressively and move to Europe.

Cost of living is pretty bad in the US too. Right now, I’m paying a little under half for living.
