I’ve never been one to flaunt my wealth, I’m afraid of attracting parasite users who might be better at a making me a walking walker than I am detecting they are. What’s funny is most women have no clue that I have money but yet guys can tell I’m well off for some reason. My guy friends are always “you got the money! You’re just cheap! Spend some of it!”. I don’t buy over the top fancy expensive clothes, my truck is just a normal truck even though it’s new, I had an apple watch but lost it so haven’t replaced it. I buy land, I own thousands of acres. Women could care less when they find this out, men know the value of land though. I’d probably get alot more women if I flaunted my money but it would be the wrong type of women.

Real money that is smart is “quiet”. It does not need to be flashy or showy. Quiet money is what generational wealth is built with. Precisely because if you are flaunting it, people are wanting it, as in to take it from you.

I know the value of land, however undeveloped land can be a huge risk as I’m sure you are aware. But what you say is true.

You need to always determine if someone likes you for who you are or what you have. And it’s always better that they do not know what you have until you know they love who you are. Even then it can be dicey.

Well that’s the risk you take. Keep in mind women won’t care about your money if you behave in a way that says “I’m thrifty” So it becomes useless for gaming.

I can think of two I’ve known who came hard after my money, you know the type. “Omg I’m gonna be evicted if I don’t pay my rent and I was sick all week and didn’t get paid and I’m so worried what to do! If you’re renting furniture you are in a mess. It can be rented but mostly it’s people with crappy financial situations that do it. She showed you she’s not responsible with her money, she sure wouldn’t be with yours. I’m surprised she didn’t come back after you said “that sucks” with “can you please help me? I promise I’ll pay you back next week when I get paid!”. At least she took the hint and didn’t press any further. These two women wouldn’t take a hint much less no for an answer. A question..If you're "rising" you know "self-improvement" to show women you're better. Would you have improved if women were not present? If you're improving to be the "man" women want? Are you not improving to be accepted or acceptable to women?

I’ve gotten to a point where I enjoy the psychological challenges. Yea I’m toying with some women, shame on me.
