Well to be fair the whole dating game is very one sided. I can understand where the anti-women stuff comes from. To be successful with women as a guy you need to to put in a lot more work and also need a whole laundry list of characteristics/things. For women, almost no initiatve is required and you just need to not be morbidly obese. I'd rather a guy be bitter about the growing entitlement, rather than a white knight chump who perpetuates the problem even more.

Both men and women have to put in a good amount of work to land quality mates.

My last couple years of dating have shown me that its pretty easy to get laid with minimal effort, so long as you know how to talk to women. Now if I want more quality girlfriend-type women, Id have to be more picky, and put in more work. This would looking harder for women, doing more in the gym, dressing better, speaking better, doing more at my job, etc etc.

In general, when you are a quality male, quality females will follow.

Polls like this OKCupid report and the reaction to it are part of the realisation that the whole dating game is rigged, it's natural for any AFC who wants to improve their situation. Pretty soon they'll drop the bitterness towards women and adopt a 'hate the game, not the player' approach, with the aim of improving themselves.

One could also argue that demonizing men as 'beta chumps' is no better than the feminist demonization of men in general.

But back to online dating. Fellas, please stop simping mediocre women who'd be invisible to you in real life!

Well, it depends where I am..In my town, around 90% of the guys are ugly....the girls are also ugly. But if you go to Chicago or London, 85% of the guys are really cute.
I honestly wouldn't want to get married to a hot guy for a couple reasons.

1. more chances of him to have gfs
2. i feel nervous by cute guys and end up doing embarassing things in front of them.

Overall, I don't think 80% of guys are ugly....most studies nowadays are poorly done with poor results...I don't believe them.

Makes sense because I consider 80% of women I see to be below average. Well, it depends on the area:
my University: 45%
City: 70-76%
Rich town I work in: 60%
Up North: 96%

The southeast just has hotter white girls in general. An 8 in Chicago or NYC would be fighting average here in Tennessee. However, the north has hotter brown girls.

I went to south beach miami expecting the same thing. Girls at SEC universities are hotter. I haven't been to Arizona state, but it makes sense because of the sun and party life.

Most women are not that attractive, I'd say women have it more difficult if a guy knows what he is doing. Sad thing is most don't. Most guys have no clue how to take a decent picture or make a decent profile, I checked around a bit the pictures were definitely worse than the content of the profiles.

Most guys will initiate, that does make things a bit different that what guys expect. There other side of the coin is not that bad. I'd say in reality most girls look worse than men. Make up and technique go a far way.

A male without lots of money or some kind of power has to be about 6 to get ANY woman . Most males who are 6-8 looks are in intense competition for 4-6 females. Male 8+'s are on easy mode.

Even a female 4, heck I'd say even a 2, has as much or more sexual value as a male 8+, maybe even an 8+ one that's rich and famous.

The cost is high for men when the female/clique is not attracted. A male stripper puts his life in the hands of mad baboons. Just hideous. When the new Magic Mike film comes out, I just imagine the double standard blogs and articles and VOX pops.

I spent most of my 20s thinking I had no identity, that I could never get anything right, getting frustrated over all the paradoxes of looks vs personality when I got confronted in work for having sh*tty behaviour, when being the nice by-the-book guy wasn't working...

I'm on the autistic spectrum and it sucks. If I just got acquainted with some hot wild girls and just chilled, I would have an identity, and not be stuck with what I've had for years.
