Lots of women like to have an occassional argument. Lots of women cannot stop their emotions from spiraling out of control at perceived slights/nothing at all and they feel the need to strike out, especially if it is with their boyfriends as opposed to a friend or work colleague.

I say go with the flow with these women. Give them the arguments and the fights that they need to keep them on an even keel. Be a man and don't let it escalate too far so that the relationship is permanently damaged but always try to win every fight.

These girls need the drama to feel alive. They need a man to stand up to them to feel alive.

And when they feel alive, they also get horny. Make-up sex is what many of these women are looking for anyway so give it to them.

it all comes down to CHALLENGE.

if your natural personality isnt challenging them enough. IE, you arent dominant, whatever, they will start an argument to stir up a challenge.

case in point: today when I got up

Her: You hogged all the blankets last night
Me: Window was open too much
Her: isnt it your responsibility to close the window?
Me: I was comfy
Her: I'll make sure you ARENT comfy, next time, ok?
Me: nah. bein comfy is MY responsibility. next time, buy more blankets
Her: you can be such a little **** sometimes...
Me: and a bit **** at other times... speaking of which... *gets up, goes to bathroom*

I am so sick of that saying "be a man". "be a man" to do anything

"be a man" and go to war
"be a man" and stay home, because these kids need dads.
"be a man" and go to work overtime, cuz your family needs you to bring home the bacon
"be a man" and still be home for your kids and wife whenever they need you.

its ok for her to start an argument, but you need to "be a man" so she doesnt lose control.

I agree with you, you dont want the relationship being damaged, and u do need to step in.

Well, speak for yourself. I don't start arguments on purpose ever. Sometimes there is a matter that needs to be discussed and it sometimes leads to an argument, but that's not something most normal guys like to see coming.

Women will do all sorts of things for non-obvious (to most guys) reasons and starting arguments is one. It might be for attention. It might be so they can excuse themselves for past or future bad behavior. It might be for a myriad other "reasons".

It won't be for the reasons they say though, that's almost certain.

This site is getting overun by id!ots, you are like a sheep that follows the others arround in a paddock, dudes start as many fvcking arguments as the babes do, just walk into any fvcking bar on a Friday night and you will see it. You make me laugh. So much anger, you probably do pick fights. In my personal experience guys don't pick pointless fights, but then no, I don't frequent redneck biker mouth-breather bars either.

I think you could be a much happier person and be more successful in all aspects of your life if you learn to deal with your issues; it would certainly improve your advice.
