Usually when im out with a certain friend and there's girls around, he'll be like "hey, lets go talk to those girls over there", so i figure, cool, i dont have to worry about an opener or awkward silences. Unfortunately my friend is very talkative and im relatively anti-social. When we're talking to the girls I find myself brainstorming for something funny, intresting, or just anything to say, but usually coming up with nothing.

Does anyone else share this problem?

Do you just 'go with the flow` and comment here and there? or do you have pre-planned 'funny' stories and/or questions?

Wingmen are always "friends" in my eyes. If they're stepping up to the plate, you've got to up your game. I recommend approaching groups of girls, instead of singles, and picking out one or two to carry on a conversation with, let your friend deal with the others.

Sounds you don't feel comfortable in those kinds of situations. If you did, I bet you'd find that you'd be a much better conversationist. Read up on some inner game stuff in the DJ Bible (mind you, I'm pretty sure the link at the bottom of the page is temporarily down, but there's a thread in the DJD forum that you can view the Bible from).

The wing isn't the issue really. It's just that you're not great at conversation yet. Work on that and then you'll find the wing will be an asset. You'll get a good multiway conversation going with the girls and they'll dig you. There's something about 2-3 girls being approached by two guys that just works. I guess because it seems like two buddies who were out on their own just ran into them. Just seems so natural. They just hang out for the night with the two cool guys they met and by the end good things for the future are shaping up.

Wingman with better game: foe.
Wingman with less game: friend.
Wingman with equal game: the best.

True.

I had a clingy bastard follow me into a library, opened up to two chicks, last year, hb 7, hb 6, played good verbal, initiated kino, and stole hb 7's pen. I was taking it as a prop to initiate a number close, as she'd have to follow me to get the pen back, and I'd just ask for number. Well clingy **** is like, "That is mean." and goes and returns said item before she can make it to me. People who are aware of what you're trying to do, and not coniving guys are your teammates.

When a c*ck block comes rollin in, I usually close it and hit her up later. If I know her, I simply tell her I've got to go, tell her to come with me, or tell her good luck lol.
