wingmaning how to?

I guess I could probably post this in the wigman forum but i figured id get more responses on here.

So basically my question is how do I be a good wingman to someone? I have this best friend who ive known for quite a while and ive tried helping him out with material and stuff and hes improved. Hes not as good looking as I am but when we are out and meet the ladys or I try going sargeing with him he gets frustrated because yes we do meet chicks, but im usually the one that they end up showing all the IOI's for and completly ignoreing him, and of course me being me once I get to this point I just kinda go with it and im the one who ends up with the numbers and stuff.

What can I do to wingman him better so he meets girls aswell?

A wing's purpose is to either aid his buddy by talking him up to his target, keeping her friend busy while he makes his move, act as social proof or as a conversation entity when approaching big groups.

That is, if your wing is equally as skilled as you are. If not, then you need to be nowhere in sight when he makes his approaches. If you're right next to him when he's talking to women, your higher confidence will show through your dominating posture and body language, and the women will naturally be more interested in you than him.

ah think u misread me a bit there, what i ment is that I am more skilled then my friend. I want to help him out, but I allways seem to be the one that the girls are attracted to instead of him when i introduce him to people or do approches with him and such.

No I understood what you meant. What I'm saying is that you can only help him from the sidelines, because he's still stumbling and lacking in confidence. The women won't pay him any attention if you're up there with him. It would be like a cute girl hanging out with a fat one. Once your friend becomes a little more confident in his game, then you can do approaches with him.
