I am bulking up, so I am eating like a horse+pig and drinking lots of water and doing the protein shakes and what not, but I am wondering if I am just hurting myself due to this schedule I have devised. I am super super busy and this is all that works unless I want to get no sleep at night and sleep is important in the bulking stage if I am correct...

I hope you understand whats going on there. It's hard to explain. That is a two week cycle explained above. One week its, sunday, then thursday, then saturday. Then the next week is monday, then thursday, then sunday, but that last sunday is the beginning of the first week again and so on...
Is this not enough? I can't get fat ass and I need to gain muscle mass. If this is not enough I need to tap into my sleep hours or something and I don't know how effective that will be. Thanks all.
