I'm getting a bit bored with weight lifting and my "eat anything that has protein in sight" diet is causing me to look chubby (not so much gain weight). I've been in track for the past few years, but I hate practice and the coach is lenient so I don't go most days to be honest.
What I do though is go to the local boat landing 3-4 times a week and run hills. The hill is pretty steep and overall it's probably 75-100 meters to go from the bottom stretch to the top of the hill. I run full out 100% and feel like I'm going to die after about 6 of them.
I've read hills are a great way to increase your overall speed and sprinting is the best way to lose weight and sculpt a great body.
What are your takes on this? I'm gonna try and clean up my diet in the process.

I'm also doing this to make me faster and improve my endurance for the 200 meter.
